Lady Gaga’s Gross Wine Rejected By U.S. Patent Office

Any Z-list Real Housewife who’s anybody knows that there’s nothing classier than releasing a bottom-shelf wine available for purchase at your local gas station. So it makes sense that Lady Gaga, who at this point has just a hair more prestige than a drunk whore on Bravo, is hell-bent on releasing her own witch’s brew. Gaga is, almost endearingly by now, still trying to make her Joanne era a thing, but unfortunately is the last to know that audiences want to follow stars half her age famous for queefing out the alphabet on YouTube. Or whatever the fuck is going on out there. The lackluster success of her album Joanne, like ArtPop before that, as well as increasingly frantic and mockable professional endeavors like her appearances on American Horror Story, signal that the end is near. Nonetheless, the ol’ plow horse keeps plodding along, and really really wants her wine to be labeled Joanne Trattoria Vino Rosso. Apparently her family has some restaurant called Joanne Trattoria. What a creative and interesting tie-in. Unfortunately for Gaga, her wine is a Nono, at least according to officials from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The Blast reports that the officials claim the brand would infringe on the “Trattoria” name already trademarked by a company in the same marketplace. Old, drooping, soon-to-be put out to pasture in a Las Vegas residency, and now not even marketable to drunks dumb enough to buy wine from Lady Gaga. Lolz. Blind Item: Alcoholic Drug Addict Hates Her Fans

This Blind Item was already all but revealed because Selena Gomez was filmed a week ago buying wine at Target while definitely not strung out on meth. Definitely. But then again, maybe, just maybe, this could be describing our little AIDS under a microscope herself, Bella Thorne. But then again, I like to imagine that Thorne skips over wine in favor of gasoline. Hmm. God bless America, because there’s never a shortage of things to complain about in this country. Handmaid’s Tale is a series designed to reenforce the idea that men are women’s natural oppressors. Any woman that has ever accused a man of Me Too rubs one out every time Elisabeth Moss defies the toxic patriarchy that has her wearing little red riding hood’s outfit while scrubbing tubs. And what pairs better than tearing down men in a fictional dystopia than some wine. In another attempt to make real merch inspired from a fictional show, Handmaid’s Tale wine was available in stores for a short period of time before being pulled because some women caught a case of the feels. Amazing how some people can’t separate reality from fiction and now another nice thing was taken away. I really wanted to know what Ofglen taste like after every cameo in an episode, but now that opportunity is gone forever. Shortly after announcing the launch of three wines inspired by Hulu’s “The Handmaid’s Tale,” MGM and Lot18 nixed the endeavor altogether. The products, subject to backlash on social media because of the nature of the show, have since been scrubbed from Lot18’s website. Social media backlash was swift, with fans of the series calling out the tie-in. “I’m starting to think that aliens released a chemical into our water supply that is slowly making the entire world stupid,” one user wrote, while another quipped, “Blessed be the fruit of entirely misguided capitalistic endeavors.” Based on three of the show’s lead characters — Elisabeth Moss and Alexis Bledel’s handmaids, Offred and Ofglen, and Yvonne Strahovski’s Serena Joy — the now-pulled wine trio offered up detailed descriptions of the beverages. Why stop at overreacting to wine? Let’s boycott the upperclass and gated communities too. The “unwoke” portion of the population believes that Handmaids is just a tale on TV. It’s not. In the Hollywood area of this country there are elite men getting women that are not their wives pregnant also. And they take them to orgy parties when their significant other is out of town. Handmaid’s is based on more true events than anyone would like to admit. But the last time an insider failed to keep his eyes wide shut about the going ons of elite secret societies, he died. I'm working in the south. Soon! — Amy Schumer (@amyschumer) April 29, 2016 We don't know if they ever got their wine night or not, but remembering these lil' gems had us falling down a Twitter rabbit hole, seeing some fans note a resemblance between the two funny women: snooki looks like a smaller spray tanned version of amy schumer — ari🌻 (@tiiinyariii) January 14, 2017 THIS got us thinking about who'd play who in a wacky Jersey Shore movie. Now, before we really get into this, let's just be real. If they ever do make a movie of Jersey Shore, it's going to be a comedy, and who better to lead a hilarious ensemble than the I Feel Pretty star?? Sure, she may need to step up her spray tan game (more than gym or laundry) to pull it off, but if Snooki approved, we think she could do it. RHONY Star Luann de Lesseps Says Untreated PTSD From A 1999 Car Crash Is What Drove Her To Drink

Luann de Lesseps has PTSD — and she didn't even know it! The Real Housewives Of New York star made some life-changing revelations while seeking treatment for her alcohol abuse, which she underwent after she was arrested on charges of disorderly intoxication, battery on an officer, and resisting arrest with violence on Christmas Eve. The Real Housewives Of New York star made some life-changing revelations while seeking treatment for her alcohol abuse, which she underwent after she was arrested on charges of disorderly intoxication, battery on an officer, and resisting arrest with violence on Christmas Eve. Related: Luann Is Working On 'Plan B' After Drunken Arrest While she originally said it was revisiting the location of her 2016 wedding to Tom D'Agostino -- which ended in divorce seven months later -- that drove her to drink that night, therapy made the 52-year-old realize another life event factored into her drinking: a scary car accident she'd gotten into almost twenty years ago. In a new interview with People, the Bravo-lebrity explained she was left with unresolved emotions following the 1999 accident when she was in the car with her Victoria and Noel, who were at the time just 4 and 2. She recalled: "I came down a mountainside in Switzerland. I thought I killed myself and my children. I never really faced that horrific accident, and through that and everything else, my emotions just crept up on me and drove me to the point of self-medicating with alcohol. People think it's just about Tom. It's not just about Tom." Scary! But... it's also a lot about Tom. Video: Sonja Morgan Danced So Hard Her Dress FELL OFF! Following her divorce from the businessman, de Lesseps started drinking at least seven alcoholic beverages a day. She revealed: "I would start with a martini and maybe have two martinis and then get into the wine at dinner. Then I'd have a little bit of vodka soda before going out. I would have the hair-of-the-dog drink the next day, and drink more, and it didn't feel good." But no matter how much she drank, the alcohol failed to numb the pain -- and it wasn't until she sought treatment that a more insidious unresolved trauma presented itself: "I had PTSD, and I didn't even know it because all those years ago PTSD was not a real thing, especially in Europe. Nobody had ever heard of PTSD when I had my car accident. I never really treated that horrific accident that happened to me." Now having been properly treated, de Lesseps says she hasn't been tempted to have a drink -- however, she isn't swearing off "good red wine" forever. She admitted: "Will I drink again? I don't know. I miss good red wine. Not to say that I'll never have good red wine again. Who knows where we'll all be tomorrow. For today, that's the choice that I'm making for myself." Good for you, Countess!
