Lupita Nyong"o Reveals Her Own Harvey Weinstein Massage Incident — That Happened With His Kids Nearby!

Sadly, now we're hearing one from Lupita Nyong'o. Related: All 45+ Women Who Have Accused Harvey Weinstein So Far The Black Panther actress opened up in a lengthy New York Times op-ed on Thursday, in which she says she felt "a flare of rage" in learning how many women had been through what she had: "I had shelved my experience with Harvey far in the recesses of my mind, joining in the conspiracy of silence that has allowed this predator to prowl for so many years. I had felt very much alone when these things happened, and I had blamed myself for a lot of it, quite like many of the other women who have shared their stories. But now that this is being discussed openly, I have not been able to avoid the memories resurfacing. I have felt sick in the pit of my stomach." Here is her story: "I met Harvey Weinstein in 2011 at an awards ceremony in Berlin, while I was still a student at the Yale School of Drama. An intermediary introduced him to me as "the most powerful producer in Hollywood." As an aspiring actress, I was of course eager to meet people in the industry but cautious about strangers, and the intentions of men in general." She asked her dinner companions about Harvey and was given the typical response that he could be "a bully" -- which meant it was better to have him in her corner than against her. Ultimately she says he was somewhat "charming" despite his directness, and that "he didn't alarm" her at first. So when he invited her to watch a screening of a film with his family at his home in Connecticut -- near where she was living in New Haven -- she accepted. Related: Channing Tatum Cuts All Ties With The Weinstein Company His family was actually there, at least. But when they all gathered to watch the film, that's when Harvey pounced: "I settled in for the film, but about 15 minutes in, Harvey came for me, saying he wanted to show me something. I protested that I wanted to finish the film first, but he insisted I go with him, laying down the law as though I too was one of his children." In his home with his children there. Ick. "Harvey led me into a bedroom — his bedroom — and announced that he wanted to give me a massage. I thought he was joking at first. He was not. For the first time since I met him, I felt unsafe. I panicked a little and thought quickly to offer to give him one instead: It would allow me to be in control physically, to know exactly where his hands were at all times... He agreed to this and lay on the bed. I began to massage his back to buy myself time to figure out how to extricate myself from this undesirable situation. Before long he said he wanted to take off his pants. I told him not to do that and informed him that it would make me extremely uncomfortable. He got up anyway to do so and I headed for the door, saying that I was not at all comfortable with that. 'If we're not going to watch the film, I really should head back to school,' I said. I opened the door and stood by the frame. He put his shirt on and again mentioned how stubborn I was. I agreed with an easy laugh, trying to get myself out of the situation safely. I was after all on his premises, and the members of his household, the potential witnesses, were all (strategically, it seems to me now) in a soundproof room." That time, Lupita was able to leave somewhat easily enough. She says she even justified the massage request to herself, though it helped that Harvey had enticed her with the possibility of a job (on an HBO show she later found out was already off the air). But she was still uneasy with Harvey, so when he invited her to a reading of the play version of Finding Neverland, she politely refused -- until he told her she could bring anyone she wanted. She attended with two male friends. Related: Quentin Tarantino Knew Harvey 'Did A Couple Of These Things'! Nothing untoward happened the entire evening, including when a large group went out for dinner and drinks. So the next time he invited her to a screening -- this time of Madonna's film W.E. -- she accepted. "Feeling more confident about the new sense of boundaries that we had established in our last meeting, I attended the screening on my own this time. Afterward, as planned, his male assistant arranged for me to get to the Tribeca Grill, where Harvey would be joining us. I met a female assistant when I arrived there. I was expecting that it would be a group of us, as it had been for the reading, but she informed me it would just be Mr. Weinstein. She would sit with me until he arrived. She seemed on edge, but I could only imagine how stressful it was to work for a man who had so much going on." As with other stories we've heard, the assistant "immediately disappeared" after Harvey arrived. And this time he was direct: "Before the starters arrived, he announced: 'Let's cut to the chase. I have a private room upstairs where we can have the rest of our meal.' I was stunned. I told him I preferred to eat in the restaurant. He told me not to be so naïve. If I wanted to be an actress, then I had to be willing to do this sort of thing. He said he had dated Famous Actress X and Y and look where that had gotten them. I was silent for a while before I mustered up the courage to politely decline his offer. 'You have no idea what you are passing up,' he said. 'With all due respect, I would not be able to sleep at night if I did what you are asking, so I must pass,' I replied." That's when Lupita knew Harvey was through with her; she asked him if they were good and recalls his chilling response: "'I don't know about your career, but you'll be fine,' he said. It felt like both a threat and a reassurance at the same time; of what, I couldn't be sure." Lupita made a vow to herself never to work with Weinstein, a vow she kept when he tried to entice her following her Oscar win for 12 Years A Slave. Related: LAPD Opens Harvey Weinstein Rape Investigation She explains why she's telling her story now -- for all the women who are like she was: "I share all of this now because I know now what I did not know then. I was part of a growing community of women who were secretly dealing with harassment by Harvey Weinstein. But I also did not know that there was a world in which anybody would care about my experience with him. You see, I was entering into a community that Harvey Weinstein had been in, and even shaped, long before I got there. He was one of the first people I met in the industry, and he told me, "This is the way it is." And wherever I looked, everyone seemed to be bracing themselves and dealing with him, unchallenged. I did not know that things could change. I did not know that anybody wanted things to change. So my survival plan was to avoid Harvey and men like him at all costs, and I did not know that I had allies in this." She concludes: "Now that we are speaking, let us never shut up about this kind of thing. I speak up to make certain that this is not the kind of misconduct that deserves a second chance. I speak up to contribute to the end of the conspiracy of silence. Amen, sister. You can read her full op-ed HERE. [Image via Apega/Michael Wright/WENN.].....»»

Wait, so Miz McGowan's Twitter can get shut down, but Donald Trump's can't??? Related: Lindsay Lohan Doubles Down On Weinstein Defense Smh. The 44-year-old shared with her followers: TWITTER HAS SUSPENDED ME. THERE ARE POWERFUL FORCES AT WORK. BE MY VOICE. #ROSEARMYA post shared by Rose McGowan (@rosemcgowan) on Oct 11, 2017 at 9:19pm PDT This suspension comes shortly after Rose's VVV vocal online statements about Harvey Weinstein and his sexual misconduct scandal. Not to mention, the Scream actress also put Ben Affleck on blast for playing ignorant about Weinstein's predatory ways. McGowan even told Affleck to "fuck off" at one point. While the suspension notice didn't specify why exactly her account was unable to share new messages, Twitter's online terms claim they suspend accounts if tweets have been reported to the company as being "abusive." So if a user has been "sending threats to others or impersonating other accounts," Twitter will suspend an account. Although Rose's posts have been uncensored and passionate, we're shocked to see the content has been enough to freeze her page -- especially since there are SO many aggressive trolls out there. Twitter had only this to say about the suspension: "We don't comment on individual accounts for privacy and security reasons." Sure, okay. [Image via Derrick Salters/WENN.].....»»

Following the explosive New York Times exposé which detailed the indie movie mogul's decades of sexual harassment, several women have come forward to discuss their unsavory experiences with Weinstein. One of the latest people to speak out is model Zoe Brock. Related: Nelly Responds To Sexual Assault Arrest It's been 20 years since Miz Brock's encounter with Harvey, but she clearly remembers how he allegedly lured her back to his hotel room and begged for a massage. Now, if you read the Times coverage, you know that was Weinstein's total M.O. Per Zoe's Medium post, she was only 23 years old when she was "Harveyed." Apparently, the New Zealand-born beauty met Weinstein in 1997 while they were both at the Cannes Film Festival. She revealed: "I met Harvey Weinstein in Cannes at the Film Festival. We were seated next to each other at a fancy dinner. I didn't catch his name and assumed I was talking to another hungry producer trying to sell a little movie to the big wigs. Feeling sorry for him, I went out of my way to be entertaining and nice. It wasn't until later in the meal that I asked the name of his production company." After learning that they had a mutual friend in common, the two industry professionals spent some time together at the film festival. Zoe continued: "With a dear mutual friend in common I felt safe with Harvey. The night was young and so was I. After dinner our large group, which included my Italian modeling agent, a few rich douchebags, some decorative models, and Harvey's entourage, rolled out into the Cannes night. Black town cars and gleaming limos took us to various parties where we glittered and shone like everyone else. Harvey and his assistant, Ben Silverman, never left my side." While the conversation between Zoe and Harvey could've been misconstrued as flirtatious, Brock insists that she only felt "platonic energy" for him. Which makes it so much more troubling that Weinstein and his assistant seemingly manipulated it so that she was separated from her friends: "My group was ushered into one car and I was somehow separated from them and told to get into another car with Harvey and his two friends. Stupidly, I obliged. I was told we were all going to the same place. To this day I do not know if my Italian agent was in on the ruse. My instincts tell me he was." How awful. Things only got worse for Zoe as she relayed: "The energy shifted and I became very uncomfortable... And suddenly I was alone in a remote hotel suite with Harvey fucking Weinstein. My body went into high alert. I was drunk, young, miles from home, without cash to get a cab, and no cell phone... It was time to sober up, and fast." To make matters worse, Harvey moved quickly to proposition Zoe as he was naked and asking for massage almost as soon as they were alone. The model added: "Harvey left the room, but not for long. He re-emerged naked a couple of minutes later and asked if I would give him a massage. Panicking, in shock, I remember weighing up the options and wondering how much I needed to placate him to keep myself safe. He asked if I would like a massage instead, and for a second I thought this might be a way to give him an inch without him taking a mile. I told him I was uncomfortable and that I was angry that I had been tricked into this position. He pleaded with me to let him massage me and I let him put his hands on my shoulders while my mind raced." In an attempt to escape the filmmaker, Zoe locked herself in the bathroom as Harvey pleaded with her to come out. After reprimanding Harvey through a locked door, Brock eventually emerged and found Weinstein whimpering on the bed: "Harvey, contrite, promised to cover himself and leave me alone. I came out of the bathroom and found him sitting on his bed, wearing a bathrobe, crying. 'You don't like me because I'm fat.' He whimpered." Tsk, tsk. Supposedly, the assistant tried to apologize as Zoe has claimed he told her: "'I'm so sorry,' he said. 'I want you to know that of all the girls he does this to you are the one I really felt bad about. You deserve better.'" Ben Silverman, if you're reading this, SHAME ON YOU. Smh. According to Zoe, Weinstein let her stay at his suite at the Majestic Hotel. However, after a friend warned her that Harvey would be back in the morning, the brunette fled the hotel room at 6 a.m. In an attempt to downplay the scandalous nature of their encounter, Harvey sent Zoe red roses and booked a private movie screening for her at the festival. Both presents were unwanted. Be sure to read Zoe's full account for yourself HERE. [Image via Facebook/WENN.].....»»

In case you were unaware, the Charmed alum was slated to be honored with an Ad Astra Award at the Kansas-based film festival. Sadly, 24 hours before her scheduled public appearance, organizers announced that Rose would no longer be coming. Related: All 45 Women Who Have Accused Harvey Weinstein So Far The festival noted via a press release: "We are sorry to announce that we've just been informed that Rose McGowan has canceled all upcoming public appearances due to compounding factors surrounding recent revelations in the Harvey Weinstein sexual harassment case." Oh man. We have a feeling this cancellation has something to do with the reports that the indie movie mogul may still be prosecuted for raping McGowan at the Sundance Film Festival in 1997. Not to mention, it's likely that this whole scandal has been emotionally exhausting for the Scream actress. Thankfully, the festival is being VVV understanding about Rose's cancellation. Tallgrass creative director Lela Meadow-Conner added: "While we're disappointed that Rose cannot be here with us in person, we understand that her well being is the priority. We support her and our thoughts are with her. We'll seize this opportunity to amplify her message and celebrate all the women filmmakers with works here at the 15th annual festival." Well said. In place of McGowan's appearance, the festival has pulled together a panel of women filmmakers, named #WokeWomen: A Candid Conversation with Tallgrass' Female Filmmakers. LOVES it! On the quickly assembled panel, Meadow-Conner explained: "The whole world is now aware, in large part due to Rose's efforts, about the rampant sexual harassment within the entertainment industry, and so in her honor, we have pulled together a panel of women filmmakers who will be attending the festival with their films, for a frank conversation, because the message doesn't stop here." AH-Mazing. Still, it's a shame the Harvey drama got in the way of Rose attending this gig. Perhaps she'll be honored again next year?? Oh, we hope so!! [Image via FayesVision/WENN.].....»»

Industry Vet Marisa Coughlan Reveals Harvey Weinstein Tried To "Barter Sex For Movie Roles"

Earlier this week, actress-turned-writer Marisa Coughlan detailed an encounter with the disgraced movie mogul where he attempted to barter a role in a film for sex. Ugh. Related: Blythe Danner Defends Daughter Gwyneth Paltrow Per Miz Coughlan's account to The Hollywood Reporter, the blonde industry vet first met Weinstein for a brief moment while at the Teaching Mrs. Tingle premiere in Westwood, CA in 1999. At this time, Marisa was also cast in a Miramax TV show, titled Wasteland. Since Weinstein had his hands in both projects, making him technically her boss, Coughlan felt compelled to say hello to him when she later ran into him at a restaurant. Apparently, Marisa boldly stopped by Harvey's table as he dined with Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, and others. Coughlan remembers: "I said hello briefly and went back to my table and didn't talk to him again that night." Thus, she was very shocked when the bill came and it was revealed that Weinstein had paid for Marisa "and [her] three girlfriends." Wanting to be polite, Marisa sent a thank you note to the scandalized producer's New York office. Although Marisa thought that was the end of the story, Weinstein called her a "week or so later." Supposedly, the now 65-year-old said he was "calling a classy lady to thank her for a classy note." While Harvey offered up many compliments, he came off professional as he requested to meet with her at the Peninsula Hotel to discuss a few projects. Marisa wasn't bothered with the meet up location, as she explained: "I was informed that the meeting would be at the Peninsula, which was not abnormal at all... It's like a mini-office with assistants running around and lots of activity." However, there was something different about Weinstein's Peninsula set up. Upon arriving at Harvey's "gigantic penthouse," Marisa witnessed: "There were a few assistants there when I arrived but they literally left the suite like the place was on fire. I didn't process why until later." After discussing a few projects, including a potential lead in a Miramax movie, Harvey made an unsavory proposition to the Super Troopers actress. Marisa, who was only 25 at the time, recalls: "He told me that he has a lot of 'special friends' and they give each other massages. It was a full-court press. He wanted me to be one of his 'special friends' and go into the bedroom. I told him that I had a serious boyfriend and reminded him that he was married and that we should keep this professional. I was so blindsided. Not one ounce of me anticipated it. It was the weirdest meeting I've ever had in my life." Ew, ew, EWWWWWW! What bugged Coughlan most about the come on was how "transactional" it felt. Marisa left the meeting without incident, but Weinstein did follow up as he sent a script to her agents. He also called and offered to fly her out to New York so they could partake in "romantic" outings. Marisa reluctantly agreed to meet with Harvey one more time, but insisted they sit down in a public space. On their second meeting, Coughlan shared: "I sat down and explained that I wanted to be really clear. I told him again that I have a serious boyfriend and I was never going to do anything physical or romantic... It was super uncomfortable, remember, because I was employed by his studio at the time. He seemed so flabbergasted that I wasn't going to go there. I was shocked that he was so shocked." After the rejection, the Hollywood heavyweight asked Marisa to drive him back to the Peninsula. Once the twosome arrived at the hotel, Harvey "pushed and pushed and pushed" for Marisa to come up to his room. Coughlan turned down Weinstein's advances once again and he stormed out of her car -- only to walk back and say that he "respected her." Yeah, sure. Related: Rose McGowan Pulls Out Of Film Festival Appearance Days later, the lead role Harvey teased Marisa with was given to another actress. On whether she knew the extent of Harvey's predatory ways, Marisa noted: "What happened to me, even though it was uncomfortable, was much more of a transactional situation. He wanted to barter sex for movie roles. In other cases, he was forcing himself on them. It's so shocking that he got away with it for as long as he did. I never realized the scope of it. I felt like an island and naively didn't know how pervasive it was." Unsurprisingly, Marisa is standing by the other Harvey accusers -- which include A-listers such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Angelina Jolie, Ashley Judd, and Rose McGowan. In regards to the power Weinstein once wielded in Hollywood, the Minnesota native concluded: "I can't imagine a more intimidating person to go up against. During his heyday, he was scary as hell. I saw him yell at assistants and servers, but then saw him turn on a dime and be so charming. There's definitely some Jekyll and Hyde going on there. It's taken this many to come forward to have this happen — there's definitely strength in numbers." Hear! Hear! We couldn't be more grateful that so many women are speaking up now! Claire Forlani Says She Escaped Harvey Weinstein"s Advances FIVE TIMES!

The list of women Harvey Weinstein has harassed grows by the day. On Thursday, actress Claire Forlani took to Twitter to reveal that she escaped sexual harassment from Weinstein on FIVE different occasions. How awful!!! Related: The Weinstein Co. On Thursday, actress Claire Forlani took to Twitter to reveal that she escaped sexual harassment from Weinstein on FIVE different occasions. How awful!!! Related: The Weinstein Co. Totally Knew About Harvey's Settlements With Victims! The 45-year-old, who appeared in the Miramax-distributed Boys and Girls, shared with her followers: "You see, nothing happened to me with Harvey — by that I mean, I escaped 5 times... I had two Peninsula Hotel meetings in the evening with Harvey and all I remember was I ducked, dived and ultimately got out of there without getting slobbered over, well just a bit. Yes, massage was suggested. The three dinners with Harvey I don't really remember the time period, I was 25. I remember him telling me all the actresses who had slept with him and what he had done for them. I wasn't drinking the cool aid [sic], I knew Harvey was a master manipulator. He also announced to me at the last dinner I had with him at Dominic's that his pilot knew to be on standby because he could never get me to sleep with him, to which I did what I always did, make light of the situation, a joke here or there and moved on. You see, I always thought I was a pro at handling these guys, I'd had a fair amount of experience. Sometimes I got angry, really angry. I wondered why I had Prey stamped on my forehead but this I kept to myself." We feel just awful for Miz Forlani. Although the Meet Joe Black star wanted to speak out against Weinstein for Ronan Farrow's New Yorker piece, she ultimately decided not to comment for the story. Why?? Well, because, her friends advised her not to. The Meet Joe Black star definitely regrets not speaking with Farrow, as she continued: "[Farrow] didn't mention that it was about Harvey but when I received the email I instinctively knew it was going to be. I told some close men around me and they all advised me not to speak. I had already told Ronan I would speak with him but from the advice around me, interestingly the male advice around me, I didn't make the call. Today I sit here feeling some shame, like I'm not a woman supporting other women. I just read Mira Sorvino's article in Time and she writes of how scared she was to speak out and participate. I take little solace in that." We're just proud that Claire is speaking out now. Sadly, Forlani's experience with Weinstein isn't the only negative one she has faced in Hollywood. Per Claire's statement, she had another "disgusting" encounter with a director who harassed Thandie Newton. She added: "I remember when Thandie Newton spoke out about a director that I had also had a disgusting experience with and I felt scared even reading what she said publicly about him, thinking, ‘Damn, she's gonna get crucified for that. 'Yet I was in awe for her bravery and balls, she was a female crusader, modern suffragette and I loved her for it. But I also knew I didn't have those balls, too scared of the repercussions this was because when you did react or tell a man to shove it, there were always repercussions. I was punished when I was brave. So I learned to let it go and carry on." Don't be so hard on yourself, Claire! There's no easy way to take on a predator. Hopefully, there are enough admissions that have come out to solidify the indie movie mogul's excommunication from Hollywood. Fingers crossed. A year?? *GASP* Related: The Weinstein Co. Totally Knew About Harvey's Settlements With Victims! Apparently, sometime last year, Weinstein victim Rosanna Arquette confided in Miz Fonda about the sexual harassment she suffered through thanks to Harvey. The 79-year-old shared: "I found out about [Harvey Weinstein] about a year ago. And I'm ashamed that I didn't say anything right then." And I’m ashamed that I didn’t say anything right then." pic.twitter.com/i98SJiiUHT — Christiane Amanpour (@camanpour) October 12, 2017 When asked by Amanpour why she didn't speak out about the controversy sooner, Jane defended that as "it hadn't happened to [her]" she didn't "feel it was [her] place" to say anything. Fair point. She continued: "It came as a shock and a great disappointment... I only met Harvey when I was old and Harvey goes for young because that's more vulnerable." "I only met Harvey when I was old," @Janefonda tells me. "And Harvey goes for young, because that’s more vulnerable." pic.twitter.com/RbrjxCFU6w — Christiane Amanpour (@camanpour) October 12, 2017 As a sexual assault survivor herself, Jane took a moment to remind Christiane and her viewers that Harvey's impropriety is not some rare occurrence -- especially in Hollywood. After bringing up Bill Cosby, Jane added: "I'm glad it's coming out, I'm so proud of those fellow actors that are speaking up. I know that it has taken a long time. It is a very, very, very hard thing to do... You don't get anything out of it as the person who has been victimized but it is important that it come out. Let's not think that this is some unique, horrific... this goes on all the time, this male entitlement in Hollywood and everywhere - in offices and businesses all over the world, in bars, in restaurants, in stores women are assaulted, abused, harassed." In addition to the 30+ women who've accused Weinstein of sexual misconduct, several male actors -- including James Van Der Beek, Terry Crews, and Rob Schneider -- have revealed that they've been harassed by heavyweights in Hollywood too. It's just so awful. Be sure to catch Jane's FULL sit down with Amanpour when it airs on Friday. [Image via KIKA/WENN.].....»»

We already know the infamous Hollywood heavyweight is being investigated for sexual assault in the U.K. with its lack of statute of limitations. He may even have to answer for the 1997 accusations of Rose McGowan thanks to a legal loophole in Utah. But according to the latest reports, he is now being investigated in his own city. Related: All Women Who Have Accused Harvey Weinstein So Far The LAPD confirmed an Italian model-actress (who wished to remain anonymous) has officially become the sixth woman to accuse Weinstein of rape or forcible sex acts. The now-38-year-old tells the L.A. Times she met Weinstein for only the second time at the Los Angeles Italia Film, Fashion and Art Fest in February 2013. After they spoke briefly at the fest, he showed up "without warning" at her hotel lobby asking to come up. She said no, but he got her room number and came up anyway, soon bullying his way in telling her he "just wanted to talk." But he didn't: "Once inside, he asked me questions about myself but soon became very aggressive and demanding and kept asking to see me naked. He grabbed me by the hair and forced me to do something I did not want to do. He then dragged me to the bathroom and forcibly raped me." She says she tried to stop him by showing him photos of her children, but it didn't do any good. In all, she says, the encounter lasted 45 minutes: "When he left, he acted like nothing happened. I barely knew this man. It was the most demeaning thing ever done to me by far. It sickens me still. … He made me feel like an object, like nothing with all his power... All these years I've been thinking why I didn't call the police immediately. I regret that I opened the door." Today also brings yet another new accusation from Russian TV host Katya Mtsitouridze (above, right), who recounted to The Hollywood Reporter an incident with Weinstein 13 years ago: "I first met Mr. Weinstein in the Regent hotel at the Berlin film festival [in 2003], where I was doing a television interview with George Clooney for Channel One. Harvey was co-producer of Clooney's directorial debut, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind. After the interview, he came up to me saying that he liked my questions and would love to have lunch in his room — that he loved Russian culture, especially Chekhov, and that his grandparents were originally from Russia — and that we could have an interesting conversation. I was surprised and told him, rather ironically, that, of course, it would be an honor, but I was afraid my boyfriend would not be happy about our cultural tete-a-tete, but if he wished to invite him, there would be no problem." Harvey didn't like that, says Katya, so instead he gave her his number and over the next few months whenever their paths wold cross at junkets, he would remind her to call him. But it was at the Venice Film Festival in 2004 that Katya says she got the full Weinstein. Related: France's Got Talent Judge Accused Of Sexual Misconduct Against NINE Women, Including A 14-Year-Old! He invited her after a screening of Finding Neverland to discuss an idea he had for modern Russian writers. Katya thought it was legit since he was a publisher as well -- but again she refused to meet with him alone in his room, instead telling him to meet her at the Excelsior hotel cafe, a public place full of industry professionals. When she got there, Harvey's assistant showed up instead saying he wasn't feeling well, so could she meet him upstairs. She was hesitant but "the assistant said that he would be joining us, so I went up." That's when the assistant "instantly disappeared," and Katya met the real Harvey: "I was frozen into immobility like a statue, because a well-known producer with whom I've come to discuss modern Russian writers, was in a bathrobe." Ugh. He apparently told her his masseuse was late but that they could have fun while he waited. She also remembers him saying: "'You will love it. I'm a guru in this matter. You never met a man like me.'" Though she doesn't know if he meant massage or not. She says she wondered if the press junket down the hall would hear her screams when she was saved "like a scene from a bad movie" when a waiter returned to the room with a bucket of champagne. She used the opportunity and made a swift exit. She saw Harvey again around a decade later at Cannes, when the two were introduced by a mutual acquaintance who didn't know they had met. She says she was nervous but recalls: "But Harvey, acting as if nothing had happened, kissed my hand and said quietly so that only I could hear: 'Don't even think about saying anything. Forget all about it. Be a smart girl.'" She never did say anything. But she is now. And so are a lot more women. [Image via Instagram/WENN.].....»»

Bob & Harvey Weinstein Are Expected To Get Into An EXPLOSIVE Fight At Upcoming Board Of Directors Meeting

As you surely know, Harvey Weinstein has been ousted from The Weinstein Company following his sexual misconduct scandal. Not to mention, according to reports, the disgraced Hollywood heavyweight blames his brother and (now former) business partner, Bob Weinstein for allegedly leaking internal documents detailing decades of sexual harassment allegations to the New York Times. Related: Emma Thompson Slams "Predator" Weinstein While Bob hasn't confirmed this gossip, the 62-year-old has publicly denounced his brother and made it perfectly clear that he in no way condones his flesh-and-blood's behavior. Thus, a showdown is expected when the two brothers both tune in for TWC's Board of Directors meeting. Per TMZ, the Board of Directors has a meeting scheduled for Tuesday where they plan to discuss Harvey's firing. Reportedly, the scandalized industry titan will be present at the meeting via a speakerphone. In case you forgot, Harvey is currently in an Arizona based rehab facility where he is seeking treatment for sex addiction. The movie mogul's lawyer, Patty Glaser, will be in the room at the time of the meeting. It's said Glaser plans to address several points which prove that Harvey's firing violated his contract. Supposedly, TWC never gave Harvey a clear cut reason as to why he was being let go. Right, because it's ~such~ a mystery. *Eye roll* What's even crazier is that the attorney plans to argue that the elder Weinstein did nothing to violate his contract. As you may've heard, a provision was added to Harvey's contract back in 2015 which covers claims such as sexual harassment. The only requirement? Harvey was required to reimburse the company for any settlement and/or legal fees. Oh, and he'd have to pay a fine too. Related: Why Kate Winslet Refused To Thank Harvey In Oscar Speech! Since there were no claims brought against Harvey following the contract negotiation, his employment document should protect him. TWC isn't buying this defense as their code of conduct is what allowed them to let Harvey go. This contract dispute is likely to wind both Weinsteins up. It's believed that Bob, who is said to naturally be hot tempered, is livid about the drama and is expected to go off during the conference call. To make matters worse, if the company is unwilling to go through mediation and arbitration, Glaser will file a lawsuit on Harvey's behalf. An insider told the webloid: "There is so much crap that will be unearthed in a lawsuit, the company just can't survive it." Dramaaaaaa. Be sure to ch-ch-check back for any updates on this Cain-and-Abel-esque beef! [Image via Media Punch.].....»»
