In a story reported by The New York Times, Amanda says that André groped her crotch at one of his hotels back in 2014. While they were celebrating the release of Horrible Bosses 2, Jason and Amanda spent the night at André‘s London hotel The Chiltern Firehouse along with co-stars Jennifer Aniston, Jason Sudeikis, and Charlie Day. According to the Times, André insisted the group take a firehouse-style ladder to a private room, but Amanda – who was wearing a leather dress – was hesitant. André allegedly insisted, and while she was climbing the ladder, he reached up her dress and groped her crotch. Amanda then told Jason and the others what happened, reportedly causing Jason to spit his gum in André‘s face before they all left the hotel. “On behalf of Jason Bateman and Amanda Anka, we can confirm that the account of André Balazs’s outrageous and vile behavior on that night in London is factual,” Jason and Amanda’s publicist said in a statement. “His actions were dealt with at the time.” Several former female employees of André‘s have also come forward accusing their former boss of sexual harassment......»»

On Friday, it was reported that a male model, named Jason Boyce, has accused Weber of harassing him during a photoshoot. Related: Ann Curry "Isn't Relishing" In Matt's Scandal According to documents obtained by The Blast, Boyce claims he scheduled a shoot with the photographer for December 14, 2014. Apparently, on the day of, Jason arrived at Bruce's NYC studio to discover it was just the two of them. At some point during the shoot, Bruce allegedly told Jason he looked tense and instructed him to sit down. As the model sat in a chair, the documents claim Weber "pulled up another chair right in front of Mr. Boyce, and put his legs outside of Mr. Boyce's legs, so that he was practically straddling Mr. Boyce." Oh, how uncomfortable. The renowned artist proceeded to rub oil on Jason's forehead, "making Mr. Boyce extremely uncomfortable." We bet. Weber then asked Jason to take off his shirt and, later on, requested the model take off his pants. Per the suit, Weber "took Mr. Boyce's hands in his and placed them on the waistband of Mr. Boyce's underwear. Mr. Weber placed his own hands on top of Mr. Boyce's, and pulled down, pulling down Mr. Boyce's underwear in the process. Mr. Weber removed Mr. Boyce's underwear and stepped back." According to the claim, Weber proceeded to move "Mr. Boyce's hand lower and lower down his chest, and then placed Mr. Boyce's hand over Mr. Boyce's genitals." The claim goes on to state that Bruce essentially made Jason "rub his own genitals." The document continued: "Mr. Weber grabbed Mr. Boyce's arm and moved it back and forth, so that Mr. Boyce was forced to rub his own genitals. Then, Mr. Weber took Mr. Boyce's hand and placed it on Mr. Weber's trousers, over Mr. Weber's genitals. Terrified and repulsed, Mr. Boyce closed his eyes, hoping that Mr. Weber would stop." Boyce then shared that Weber asked him about "how far" he wanted to go in his career and "how ambitious" he was. When Jason tried to leave, Bruce instructed him to return and told him to close his eyes. The up-and-comer concluded: "Mr. Weber grabbed him and kissed him on the lips. Shocked and frightened, Mr. Boyce pulled away. Mr. Weber waved him off, and he left." Eek. In addition to suing Bruce, Jason is suing his former agent and former agency for sexual harassment. Understandably, he is seeking unspecified damages. What do YOU think of this accusation?? [Image via Rob Rich/WENN.].....»»

In the aftermath of the Harvey Weinstein scandal, fans dug up something that Jason said at Comic-Con while promoting the HBO series. “But as far as sci-fi and fantasy, I love that there’s so many things you can do, like rip someone’s tongue out of their throat and get away with it and rape beautiful women,” Jason said. While the audience laughed and cheered at the comment, Jason‘s cast members were seen putting their heads in their hands. “I awoke in Australia to the justified reactions by many people to a distasteful joke I made years ago in Hall H for which I am sorry,” Jason said in his apology on Instagram. “I am still severely disappointed in myself at the insensitivity of my remarks that day. I know my sincerest apology now won’t take away those hurtful words. Rape and sexual harassment can reach anyone and I have seen first hand its painful torment among members of my own family and friends.” “I made a truly tasteless comment.
