Following the explosive New York Times exposé which detailed the indie movie mogul's decades of sexual harassment, several women have come forward to discuss their unsavory experiences with Weinstein. One of the latest people to speak out is model Zoe Brock. Related: Nelly Responds To Sexual Assault Arrest It's been 20 years since Miz Brock's encounter with Harvey, but she clearly remembers how he allegedly lured her back to his hotel room and begged for a massage. Now, if you read the Times coverage, you know that was Weinstein's total M.O. Per Zoe's Medium post, she was only 23 years old when she was "Harveyed." Apparently, the New Zealand-born beauty met Weinstein in 1997 while they were both at the Cannes Film Festival. She revealed: "I met Harvey Weinstein in Cannes at the Film Festival. We were seated next to each other at a fancy dinner. I didn't catch his name and assumed I was talking to another hungry producer trying to sell a little movie to the big wigs. Feeling sorry for him, I went out of my way to be entertaining and nice. It wasn't until later in the meal that I asked the name of his production company." After learning that they had a mutual friend in common, the two industry professionals spent some time together at the film festival. Zoe continued: "With a dear mutual friend in common I felt safe with Harvey. The night was young and so was I. After dinner our large group, which included my Italian modeling agent, a few rich douchebags, some decorative models, and Harvey's entourage, rolled out into the Cannes night. Black town cars and gleaming limos took us to various parties where we glittered and shone like everyone else. Harvey and his assistant, Ben Silverman, never left my side." While the conversation between Zoe and Harvey could've been misconstrued as flirtatious, Brock insists that she only felt "platonic energy" for him. Which makes it so much more troubling that Weinstein and his assistant seemingly manipulated it so that she was separated from her friends: "My group was ushered into one car and I was somehow separated from them and told to get into another car with Harvey and his two friends. Stupidly, I obliged. I was told we were all going to the same place. To this day I do not know if my Italian agent was in on the ruse. My instincts tell me he was." How awful. Things only got worse for Zoe as she relayed: "The energy shifted and I became very uncomfortable... And suddenly I was alone in a remote hotel suite with Harvey fucking Weinstein. My body went into high alert. I was drunk, young, miles from home, without cash to get a cab, and no cell phone... It was time to sober up, and fast." To make matters worse, Harvey moved quickly to proposition Zoe as he was naked and asking for massage almost as soon as they were alone. The model added: "Harvey left the room, but not for long. He re-emerged naked a couple of minutes later and asked if I would give him a massage. Panicking, in shock, I remember weighing up the options and wondering how much I needed to placate him to keep myself safe. He asked if I would like a massage instead, and for a second I thought this might be a way to give him an inch without him taking a mile. I told him I was uncomfortable and that I was angry that I had been tricked into this position. He pleaded with me to let him massage me and I let him put his hands on my shoulders while my mind raced." In an attempt to escape the filmmaker, Zoe locked herself in the bathroom as Harvey pleaded with her to come out. After reprimanding Harvey through a locked door, Brock eventually emerged and found Weinstein whimpering on the bed: "Harvey, contrite, promised to cover himself and leave me alone. I came out of the bathroom and found him sitting on his bed, wearing a bathrobe, crying. 'You don't like me because I'm fat.' He whimpered." Tsk, tsk. Supposedly, the assistant tried to apologize as Zoe has claimed he told her: "'I'm so sorry,' he said. 'I want you to know that of all the girls he does this to you are the one I really felt bad about. You deserve better.'" Ben Silverman, if you're reading this, SHAME ON YOU. Smh. According to Zoe, Weinstein let her stay at his suite at the Majestic Hotel. However, after a friend warned her that Harvey would be back in the morning, the brunette fled the hotel room at 6 a.m. In an attempt to downplay the scandalous nature of their encounter, Harvey sent Zoe red roses and booked a private movie screening for her at the festival. Both presents were unwanted. Be sure to read Zoe's full account for yourself HERE. [Image via Facebook/WENN.].....»»

LAPD Opens Harvey Weinstein Rape Investigation As TWO New Accusers Come Forward!

We already know the infamous Hollywood heavyweight is being investigated for sexual assault in the U.K. with its lack of statute of limitations. He may even have to answer for the 1997 accusations of Rose McGowan thanks to a legal loophole in Utah. But according to the latest reports, he is now being investigated in his own city. Related: All Women Who Have Accused Harvey Weinstein So Far The LAPD confirmed an Italian model-actress (who wished to remain anonymous) has officially become the sixth woman to accuse Weinstein of rape or forcible sex acts. The now-38-year-old tells the L.A. Times she met Weinstein for only the second time at the Los Angeles Italia Film, Fashion and Art Fest in February 2013. After they spoke briefly at the fest, he showed up "without warning" at her hotel lobby asking to come up. She said no, but he got her room number and came up anyway, soon bullying his way in telling her he "just wanted to talk." But he didn't: "Once inside, he asked me questions about myself but soon became very aggressive and demanding and kept asking to see me naked. He grabbed me by the hair and forced me to do something I did not want to do. He then dragged me to the bathroom and forcibly raped me." She says she tried to stop him by showing him photos of her children, but it didn't do any good. In all, she says, the encounter lasted 45 minutes: "When he left, he acted like nothing happened. I barely knew this man. It was the most demeaning thing ever done to me by far. It sickens me still. … He made me feel like an object, like nothing with all his power... All these years I've been thinking why I didn't call the police immediately. I regret that I opened the door." Today also brings yet another new accusation from Russian TV host Katya Mtsitouridze (above, right), who recounted to The Hollywood Reporter an incident with Weinstein 13 years ago: "I first met Mr. Weinstein in the Regent hotel at the Berlin film festival [in 2003], where I was doing a television interview with George Clooney for Channel One. Harvey was co-producer of Clooney's directorial debut, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind. After the interview, he came up to me saying that he liked my questions and would love to have lunch in his room — that he loved Russian culture, especially Chekhov, and that his grandparents were originally from Russia — and that we could have an interesting conversation. I was surprised and told him, rather ironically, that, of course, it would be an honor, but I was afraid my boyfriend would not be happy about our cultural tete-a-tete, but if he wished to invite him, there would be no problem." Harvey didn't like that, says Katya, so instead he gave her his number and over the next few months whenever their paths wold cross at junkets, he would remind her to call him. But it was at the Venice Film Festival in 2004 that Katya says she got the full Weinstein. Related: France's Got Talent Judge Accused Of Sexual Misconduct Against NINE Women, Including A 14-Year-Old! He invited her after a screening of Finding Neverland to discuss an idea he had for modern Russian writers. Katya thought it was legit since he was a publisher as well -- but again she refused to meet with him alone in his room, instead telling him to meet her at the Excelsior hotel cafe, a public place full of industry professionals. When she got there, Harvey's assistant showed up instead saying he wasn't feeling well, so could she meet him upstairs. She was hesitant but "the assistant said that he would be joining us, so I went up." That's when the assistant "instantly disappeared," and Katya met the real Harvey: "I was frozen into immobility like a statue, because a well-known producer with whom I've come to discuss modern Russian writers, was in a bathrobe." Ugh. He apparently told her his masseuse was late but that they could have fun while he waited. She also remembers him saying: "'You will love it. I'm a guru in this matter. You never met a man like me.'" Though she doesn't know if he meant massage or not. She says she wondered if the press junket down the hall would hear her screams when she was saved "like a scene from a bad movie" when a waiter returned to the room with a bucket of champagne. She used the opportunity and made a swift exit. She saw Harvey again around a decade later at Cannes, when the two were introduced by a mutual acquaintance who didn't know they had met. She says she was nervous but recalls: "But Harvey, acting as if nothing had happened, kissed my hand and said quietly so that only I could hear: 'Don't even think about saying anything. Forget all about it. Be a smart girl.'" She never did say anything. But she is now. And so are a lot more women. [Image via Instagram/WENN.].....»»

In fact, the NYPD was this close to busting the slimeball by setting up a sting operation with one of his accusers back in 2015. Italian model Ambra Battilana (above) had agreed to record her conversation with the indie film producer on March 28, 2015 when the two met at the Tribeca Grand Hotel, just a day after she accused Weinstein of groping her breasts prodding his hand under her skirt. In the audio recording, which was obtained and published by the New Yorker in Tuesday's bombshell exposé, Weinstein can be heard profusely apologizing to Battilana and coercing her into coming up to his hotel room. An NYPD officer with knowledge of the case revealed to The Daily Beast that officers were on the scene and had hoped to catch the movie mogul in the act so they could arrest him on the spot. But due to safety concerns, Battilana backed out at the last second and the pair returned downstairs where the captured argument was had. Weinstein was reportedly soon picked up by the detectives and taken in for questioning. Battilana, one of the eight women who allegedly received a settlement from the producer detailed in last week's New York Times report, first met Weinstein at a show he was producing in New York on March 2015. The entertainment mogul reportedly introduced himself to her and told her again and again that she looked like Mila Kunis. He scheduled a meeting with the aspiring actress the following day through her agency. She was sitting on the couch in his Tribeca office when he started staring at her breasts and asked if they were real. Battilana told authorities that shortly after, Weinstein lunged at her, groped her breasts, and tried to put his hand under her skirt. She said that he eventually stopped and then invited her to see Finding Neverland on Broadway with him the following night. Related: Harvey Once Made 'An Unwanted Advance' Towards Angelina Jolie! Working with undercover officers, Battilana arranged to meet Weinstein again at the Tribeca Grand. Wearing a wire to record her conversation with the alleged groper, Battilana caught Weinstein asking her up to his hotel room to watch him shower. After some protesting by the producer, she agreed to go upstairs -- but changed her mind in the hallway and begged him to let her leave. Industry Vet Marisa Coughlan Reveals Harvey Weinstein Tried To "Barter Sex For Movie Roles"

Earlier this week, actress-turned-writer Marisa Coughlan detailed an encounter with the disgraced movie mogul where he attempted to barter a role in a film for sex. Ugh. Related: Blythe Danner Defends Daughter Gwyneth Paltrow Per Miz Coughlan's account to The Hollywood Reporter, the blonde industry vet first met Weinstein for a brief moment while at the Teaching Mrs. Tingle premiere in Westwood, CA in 1999. At this time, Marisa was also cast in a Miramax TV show, titled Wasteland. Since Weinstein had his hands in both projects, making him technically her boss, Coughlan felt compelled to say hello to him when she later ran into him at a restaurant. Apparently, Marisa boldly stopped by Harvey's table as he dined with Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, and others. Coughlan remembers: "I said hello briefly and went back to my table and didn't talk to him again that night." Thus, she was very shocked when the bill came and it was revealed that Weinstein had paid for Marisa "and [her] three girlfriends." Wanting to be polite, Marisa sent a thank you note to the scandalized producer's New York office. Although Marisa thought that was the end of the story, Weinstein called her a "week or so later." Supposedly, the now 65-year-old said he was "calling a classy lady to thank her for a classy note." While Harvey offered up many compliments, he came off professional as he requested to meet with her at the Peninsula Hotel to discuss a few projects. Marisa wasn't bothered with the meet up location, as she explained: "I was informed that the meeting would be at the Peninsula, which was not abnormal at all... It's like a mini-office with assistants running around and lots of activity." However, there was something different about Weinstein's Peninsula set up. Upon arriving at Harvey's "gigantic penthouse," Marisa witnessed: "There were a few assistants there when I arrived but they literally left the suite like the place was on fire. I didn't process why until later." After discussing a few projects, including a potential lead in a Miramax movie, Harvey made an unsavory proposition to the Super Troopers actress. Marisa, who was only 25 at the time, recalls: "He told me that he has a lot of 'special friends' and they give each other massages. It was a full-court press. He wanted me to be one of his 'special friends' and go into the bedroom. I told him that I had a serious boyfriend and reminded him that he was married and that we should keep this professional. I was so blindsided. Not one ounce of me anticipated it. It was the weirdest meeting I've ever had in my life." Ew, ew, EWWWWWW! What bugged Coughlan most about the come on was how "transactional" it felt. Marisa left the meeting without incident, but Weinstein did follow up as he sent a script to her agents. He also called and offered to fly her out to New York so they could partake in "romantic" outings. Marisa reluctantly agreed to meet with Harvey one more time, but insisted they sit down in a public space. On their second meeting, Coughlan shared: "I sat down and explained that I wanted to be really clear. I told him again that I have a serious boyfriend and I was never going to do anything physical or romantic... It was super uncomfortable, remember, because I was employed by his studio at the time. He seemed so flabbergasted that I wasn't going to go there. I was shocked that he was so shocked." After the rejection, the Hollywood heavyweight asked Marisa to drive him back to the Peninsula. Once the twosome arrived at the hotel, Harvey "pushed and pushed and pushed" for Marisa to come up to his room. Coughlan turned down Weinstein's advances once again and he stormed out of her car -- only to walk back and say that he "respected her." Yeah, sure. Related: Rose McGowan Pulls Out Of Film Festival Appearance Days later, the lead role Harvey teased Marisa with was given to another actress. On whether she knew the extent of Harvey's predatory ways, Marisa noted: "What happened to me, even though it was uncomfortable, was much more of a transactional situation. He wanted to barter sex for movie roles. In other cases, he was forcing himself on them. It's so shocking that he got away with it for as long as he did. I never realized the scope of it. I felt like an island and naively didn't know how pervasive it was." Unsurprisingly, Marisa is standing by the other Harvey accusers -- which include A-listers such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Angelina Jolie, Ashley Judd, and Rose McGowan. In regards to the power Weinstein once wielded in Hollywood, the Minnesota native concluded: "I can't imagine a more intimidating person to go up against. During his heyday, he was scary as hell. I saw him yell at assistants and servers, but then saw him turn on a dime and be so charming. There's definitely some Jekyll and Hyde going on there. It's taken this many to come forward to have this happen — there's definitely strength in numbers." Hear! Hear! We couldn't be more grateful that so many women are speaking up now! For a candid chat with the Los Angeles Times, Miz Winslet revealed that she purposefully neglected to name the Hollywood heavyweight during her 2009 acceptance speech at the Academy Awards. Oh snap! Related: Emma Thompson Slams "Predator" Weinstein In case you forgot, the industry vet nabbed her first Oscar for her work in The Reader after being nominated five times prior. So it wasn't surprising when the Titanic actress praised 19 people who helped her achieve the career milestone. However, Weinstein was notably absent from her address -- and that was totally on purpose. The A-lister explained: "That was deliberate. That was absolutely deliberate... I remember being told. 'Make sure you thank Harvey if you win.' And I remember turning around and saying, 'No I won't. No I won't.' And it was nothing to do with not being grateful. If people aren't well-behaved, why would I thank him?" Way to stand your ground, girl! We mean, this was a pretty bold move as Harvey has credited himself as the reason Kate got her Oscar. Thus, it makes sense that Winslet is thrilled by Harvey's ousting. She continued: "The fact that I'm never going to have to deal with Harvey Weinstein again as long as I live is one of the best things that's ever happened and I'm sure the feeling is universal." Although Kate was never sexually harassed by the industry titan, he was quite the bully anytime the interacted. The celebrated actress recalled: "For my whole career, Harvey Weinstein, whenever I've bumped into him, he'd grab my arm and say, "Don't forget who gave you your first movie." Like I owe him everything... Then later, with The Reader, same thing, 'I'm gonna get you that Oscar nomination, I'm gonna get you a win, I'm gonna win for you.' ... But that's how he operated. He was bullying and nasty. Going on a business level, he was always very, very hard to deal with — he was rude." How awful. Not to mention, in addition to regularly calling her female agent a derogatory name, Weinstein also displayed "disgraceful behavior" during the making of The Reader. Unfortunately, the 42-year-old wasn't willing to get specific as she wasn't ready to publicly discuss that "can of worms." Unsurprisingly, The Reader was the last time Kate worked with Harvey. She added: "Damn right. I ... stand up for myself and I don't pander to what you're supposed to do and what you're not supposed to do. I won't be pushed around or bullied by anyone. I was bullied as a child. Never again. Certainly not by Harvey Weinstein." PREACH IT. As for the producer's swift fall from grace, Winslet relayed: "This is disgraceful, despicable behavior. This kind of treatment of any workplace is utterly unacceptable. And hopefully what will happen is that more women will feel compelled to come forward — these women are victims of crime by a man who was always impossible to deal with... I hope that Harvey Weinstein absolutely is punished within the fullest extent of the law should that be the case." Couldn't agree more with Kate. We commend all the women who've come forward to expose Weinstein as the predator he is. [Image via WENN/YouTube.].....»»

Former filmmaker Louisette Geiss (above, left) claims the disgraced producer used a meeting about one of her films at the Sundance Film Festival to proposition her into watching him jerk off. Speaking from her attorney Gloria Allred's (above, right) offices on Tuesday, Geiss said in 2008, Weinstein invited her to the premiere of Where in the World is Osama Bin Laden. Related: Harvey's Scandal Has Fans Call For Boycott Of His Wife's Marchesa Line! After the screening, she agreed to meet him back at the restaurant hotel where they were both staying, but they were turned away because it was closing. Weinstein then innocently suggested they meet in his office attached to his hotel room. Fully aware of the rumors about the movie mogul, Geiss was hesitant at first, but agreed to join only as long as Weinstein promised he would not touch her. They even shook on it. At first, Geiss contends the meeting was great -- the two ended up having a "great conversation" about her movie, for which Harvey "seemed genuinely interested." But before the deal was sealed, the producer excused himself to go to the bathroom and re-emerged wearing a bathrobe -- under which, Geiss recalls he was "buck naked." Things got pretty weird from there. Geiss said Weinstein asked her to watch him masturbate and when she tried to leave, he grabbed her arm and "pleaded [she] watch him masturbate." If she agreed, Weinstein said he'd introduce her to Bob Weinstein (the nice brother you want to meet, apparently) and, according to Geiss, "green light [her] script, but [she'd] have to watch him masturbate." Related: Gwyneth Paltrow Reveals Harvey Tried To Proposition Her After that, Geiss left. Not just the hotel room, but the movie industry completely. Allred, Geiss' attorney, said she's heard from several other women who say they are victims of unwanted advances from Weinstein, and that the statute of limitations for each alleged encounter has since expired. To show some mercy, Allred is "inviting [Weinstein] to agree to engage in an arbitration of these claims with these women" with an agreed upon retired judge. The attorney says the proposal is "similar to what [she] suggested to Bill Cosby" amid his sex scandal -- but the comedian "was not wise enough" to agree to it. Allred notes that Weinstein will be smart to agree if he ever intends on returning to Hollywood one day, as an arbitration could be a "positive step he could take to restore his battered reputation." We'd say Weinstein has nothing to lose , as his scandal already looks to be turning into the full Cosby. [Image via Facebook.].....»»

According to The Daily Beast, Natasha Prince claims the magician raped her at a private home in London's Chelsea neighborhood in the summer of 2004, months after she turned 21 years old. Last month, police asked the magician, through his attorney, to come to Britain for an "interview under caution" where he would be provided with details of the allegation. Related: LAPD Opens Harvey Weinstein Rape Investigation Scotland Yard revealed that no arrests have been made at this stage of the investigation, explaining in a statement: "Officers from the Met's Child Abuse and Sexual Offenses Command are investigating an allegation of rape. The allegation was reported to police on 17 November 2016 by a woman who alleged she was raped at an address in Chelsea in June or July 2004 when she was aged 21." Blaine's attorney Marty Singer denied all allegations to The Beast, writing in a statement: "My client vehemently denies that he raped or sexually assaulted any woman, ever, and he specifically denies raping a woman in 2004. If, in fact, there is any police investigation, my client will fully cooperate because he has nothing to hide." Singer released an additional statement, adding that Blaine specifically denied ever raping Natasha Prince. But the model's account is quite different. Speaking to The Beast, Prince recalled meeting Blaine at a posh nightclub in Knightsbridge, in June or July 2004. After her shift the next day, Prince claimed the magician texted her inviting her to his friends' place for drinks -- he even offered to send a car when she mentioned she had an early call the next morning. Related: Weinstein Attacked Cannes Chauffeur For Failing To Pick Up Prostitutes That night, Prince said the car brought her to an intimidating "embassy"-like mansion. She took an elevator up to the "third or fourth floor" and Blaine met her at the door. He brought her to a small room where another couple was chatting, but seemed unaware of Prince's presence. Blaine, at one point, retrieved a vodka and soda for Prince "in a tall crystal glass" and, after 20 minutes of chit-chat, asked to show her something in the adjacent bedroom. From there, Prince's account turns into something out of a scene from Rosemary's Baby: "I followed him, and we went into the bedroom, and it's dark. I told him right away when he texted me that I was working tomorrow. So I was thinking maybe we would have a sort of intimate conversation somewhere else for five or ten minutes. But he spun around quite quickly and said, ‘Kiss me.' I did kiss him. And then he said, ‘Finish your drink' and took the glass from me and put it on the table, and that's really the last thing I remember. "At some point, I was on the bed, face-forward, and he was behind me. I think it woke me up a little bit, because I'd never had that [anal sex] done to me before. I remember moving around a lot. I was limp, and I was very floaty; I was in and out of a deep sleep. "When I woke up, I was very relaxed — very stoned. The lights were on, and I was naked. He was shirtless at the end of the bed. And when I looked at him, he said, ‘You have really nice tits.' … He was just folding clothes, walking around. He didn't kiss me or anything." Chilling. We'll see how Blaine responds to the particulars of Prince's allegations, which seem to hint at involving some type of dark magic sedative. Head over to The Daily Beast to read the full story. On Tuesday, The New Yorker published an explosive piece which alleges that Weinstein raped three women, including actress Asia Argento. Per Farrow's account, the industry vet forcibly performed and/or received oral sex. Harvey has also been accused of having forced vaginal sex with women. That is so disturbing on so many levels. On why Harvey is only just being exposed now, Argento explained to Farrow: "I know he has crushed a lot of people before. That's why this story—in my case, it's twenty years old, some of them are older—has never come out." Smh. How awful. The piece goes on to confirm that, in addition to the alleged rapes, four women have accused the disgraced filmmaker of forcing unwanted physical contact. Specifically, Weinstein is said to have exposed himself to female victims or masturbated in front of them. This is almost identical to the claims made by the Times. Weinstein has since denied the rape accusations as his spokesman noted in a statement: "Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein. Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances. Mr. Weinstein obviously can't speak to anonymous allegations, but with respect to any women who have made allegations on the record, Mr. Weinstein believes that all of these relationships were consensual." It's said Farrow has been working on this piece for months. Be sure to read the FULL story for yourself HERE! [Image via WENN.].....»»

Gwyneth Paltrow Reveals Harvey Weinstein Tried To Proposition Her — & Ex-BF Brad Pitt Confronted The Industry Titan!

Harvey Weinstein is a predator. This has become abundantly clear as countless actresses have come forward to detail their unsavory experiences with the indie movie mogul following The New York Times and The New Yorker's respective bombshell exposés. This has become abundantly clear as countless actresses have come forward to detail their unsavory experiences with the indie movie mogul following The New York Times and The New Yorker's respective bombshell exposés. As you've likely heard, the two publications have accused the disgraced producer of conducting decades of sexual harassment, as well as rape. Related: Harvey Is Said To Have Made 'An Unwanted Advance' Towards Angelina! Many of Weinstein's victims are actresses we've come to know and love over the years. Most recently, Gwyneth Paltrow has come forward to speak to the Times about an unwanted advance Harvey made towards her back when she was only 22. According to the Iron Man star, shortly after booking her career changing role in Emma, the industry titan invited the Goop founder to his suite at the Peninsula Beverly Hills hotel for a "work" meeting. Apparently, the meeting ended with Harvey placing his hands on her and suggesting that they give each other massages in his bedroom. The 45-year-old noted: "I was a kid, I was signed up, I was petrified." Gwyneth rejected his advances and confided in her boyfriend at the time -- Brad Pitt. The El Lay native was understandably upset by the filmmaker's come on as she thought of him as her "Uncle Harvey." She was also blindsided by this situation as her agent at Creative Artists Agency set up the meeting. Pitt, who confirmed this account via a rep, then confronted Harvey and warned the powerhouse to keep his hands off the blonde stunner. Weinstein responded to this confrontation by ripping Paltrow a new one. She continued: "I thought he was going to fire me... He screamed at me for a long time. It was brutal." How awful. Thankfully, Gwyn stood her ground and demanded that Weinstein keep their relationship a strictly professional one. This explains why Paltrow has previously praised Weinstein and continued to work with him over the years. At one point, Gwyneth was known as the "first lady of Miramax." On her complex working relationship with Weinstein, Chris Martin's ex added: "He was alternately generous and supportive and championing, and punitive and bullying." What a complicated situation. Despite the fact that Weinstein helped her win an Oscar, Gwyneth appears to have little sympathy for his current plight as she concluded: "We're at a point in time when women need to send a clear message that this is over. This way of treating women ends now." Hear! Hear! Unfortunately, Gwyneth is just one of many Harvey Weinstein victims as several others have since opened up to the Times. Be sure to check out the other upsetting accounts from Rosanna Arquette, Judith Godrèche, Dawn Dunning, Tomi-Ann Roberts, and Katherine Kendall for yourself HERE. Quentin Tarantino KNEW Harvey Weinstein "Did A Couple Of These Things" — Read His Confession In Frank New Interview!

Quentin Tarantino knew way too much about the exploits of Harvey Weinstein to sit by and do nothing. And now he's finally, publicly acknowledging that hard truth. And now he's finally, publicly acknowledging that hard truth. Related: All 45+ Women Who Have Accused Harvey Weinstein So Far In a very confessional interview with The New York Times out on Thursday, the Django Unchained director declares: "Everyone who was close to Harvey had heard of at least one of those incidents. It was impossible they didn't." As for himself, he addresses a few of the incidents involving well-known actresses, including the fact Harvey had reached a settlement with Rose McGowan over her alleged rape way back in 1997. Quentin admits: "I knew enough to do more than I did... There was more to it than just the normal rumors, the normal gossip. It wasn't secondhand. I knew he did a couple of these things." He says his inaction now fills him with shame and remorse: "I wish I had taken responsibility for what I heard. If I had done the work I should have done then, I would have had to not work with him." That would have been a start. Related: LAPD Opens Harvey Weinstein Rape Investigation So why didn't he? He begins to explain: "What I did was marginalize the incidents." Though he already realizes: "Anything I say now will sound like a crappy excuse." Yep. Specifically, Quentin addresses the incident he was most familiar with, Harvey's unwanted advances toward Mira Sorvino. The director heard all about it directly from the Mighty Aphrodite star when the two dated shortly after. When she relayed the story she would wait over 20 years to tell publicly as part of Ronan Farrow's New Yorker exposé, Quentin says he didn't understand it as a pattern of a predator but as an isolated incident: "I was shocked and appalled... I couldn't believe he would do that so openly. I was like: ‘Really? Really?' But the thing I thought then, at the time, was that he was particularly hung up on Mira... I thought Harvey was hung up on her in this Svengali kind of way. Because he was infatuated with her, he horribly crossed the line." Quentin ultimately brushed off even what he knew was "crossing the line" because his attitude at the time was that his own presence in the situation would put a stop to it. He recalls thinking: "I'm with her, he knows that, he won't mess with her, he knows that she's my girlfriend." Weinstein didn't go after Mira again, so that seemed to be that. Though obviously it wasn't. Related: France's Got Talent Judge Accused Of Sexual Misconduct Against NINE Women, Including A 14-Year-Old! Tarantino says he heard other stories through the grapevine over the years but admits they didn't weigh on him either: "I chalked it up to a '50s-'60s era image of a boss chasing a secretary around the desk. As if that's O.K. That's the egg on my face right now." After taking some time to come to terms with his own complicity, Quentin says he now believes Hollywood has been "operating under an almost Jim Crow-like system that us males have almost tolerated": "We allowed it to exist because that's the way it was." Now Quentin says he's through keeping his eyes and mouth shut -- and hopes his colleagues will do likewise: "I'm calling on the other guys who knew more to not be scared. Don't just give out statements. Acknowledge that there was something rotten in Denmark. Vow to do better by our sisters." Ultimately, Tarantino, who worked with Weinstein for decades, says he is still perplexed by all the things he's read about the man he thought he knew: "I don't have an answer for why he could do this and be stripped of his entire legacy." As for whether he believes the public will forever link him and his film legacy to Harvey's misdeeds, he says simply: "I don't know. I hope it doesn't." Matt Damon & Russell Crowe Allegedly Helped Harvey Weinstein Kill A Different Sexual Harassment Exposé — OVER A DECADE AGO!

Matt Damon and Russell Crowe have some 'splainin' to do! Following The New York Times' explosive exposé on Harvey Weinstein and claims of his decades of sexual harassment, many are left wondering how this was allowed to go on for so long. Well, it appears as though the boys' club in Hollywood enabled the indie movie mogul's behavior. Related: Model Zoe Brock Details Being "Harveyed" What do we mean exactly?? Apparently, this isn't the first time a piece about Weinstein's gross conduct has been written, as a similar story was drafted back in 2004. The reason it never saw the light of day is because Damon and Crowe allegedly helped Weinstein gut the investigation into a practically nothing piece. Sharon Waxman, founder of The Wrap, made these bold claims in a new story on Sunday. The longtime journalist revealed: "In 2004, I was still a fairly new reporter at The New York Times when I got the green light to look into oft-repeated allegations of sexual misconduct by Weinstein. It was believed that many occurred in Europe during festivals and other business trips there. I traveled to Rome and tracked down the man who held the plum position of running Miramax Italy. According to multiple accounts, he had no film experience and his real job was to take care of Weinstein's women needs, among other things." Ew. We're sure that job must've been a literal nightmare. She continued: "As head of Miramax Italy in 2003 and 2004, Fabrizio Lombardo was paid $400,000 for less than a year of employment... I had people on the record telling me Lombardo knew nothing about film, and others citing evenings he organized with Russian escorts." At the time, Lombardo denied the allegations about his job responsibilities AND "declined to comment on the circumstances of his leaving Miramax." Nonetheless, Waxman tracked down a London-based woman who had been paid off following an "unwanted sexual encounter with Weinstein." While the unnamed woman was too scared to comment on the harassment because of the non-disclosure agreement she signed, evidence of a pay off was supplied. Despite all of this evidence, Sharon's initial report of the situation never ran -- and here's where Damon and Crowe come in. Waxman relayed: "After intense pressure from Weinstein, which included having Matt Damon and Russell Crowe call me directly to vouch for Lombardo and unknown discussions well above my head at the Times, the story was gutted. I was told at the time that Weinstein had visited the newsroom in person to make his displeasure known. I knew he was a major advertiser in the Times, and that he was a powerful person overall." Still, the Times had a journalistic responsibility to publish the story, right? Wrong. The businesswoman added: "The story was stripped of any reference to sexual favors or coercion and buried on the inside of the Culture section, an obscure story about Miramax firing an Italian executive. Who cared? The Times' then-culture editor Jon Landman, now an editor-at-large for Bloomberg, thought the story was unimportant, asking me why it mattered." How awful. And shame on anyone who would help enable Harvey's predatory ways. We're just glad that people are speaking out now. [Image via WENN.].....»»

Fair point. She continued: "It came as a shock and a great disappointment... I only met Harvey when I was old and Harvey goes for young because that's more vulnerable." After bringing up Bill Cosby, Jane added: "I'm glad it's coming out, I'm so proud of those fellow actors that are speaking up. I know that it has taken a long time. It is a very, very, very hard thing to do... You don't get anything out of it as the person who has been victimized but it is important that it come out. The Oscar-winning actress has written a lengthy op-ed piece for The New York Times, in which she opens up about how she met Weinstein years before breaking out onto the scene with 12 Years a Slave. Lupita first met Weinstein at an event in Berlin in 2011 while she was a student at the Yale School of Drama. They exchanged information and he later invited her to his home in Westport, Conn. to watch a screening of a movie produced by a rival company. His family was to be present at the screening. At a private lunch, she says he forced her to order an alcoholic beverage and told her she needed to drink it when she refused. Lupita says that in her first encounter with Harvey, she found him to be “very direct and authoritative, but also charming,” but in the second she “found him to be pushy and idiosyncratic more than anything.” Shortly after the screening at Weinstein‘s home started, he escorted her out of the theater. “Harvey led me into a bedroom — his bedroom — and announced that he wanted to give me a massage,” she wrote. “I thought he was joking at first. He was not. For the first time since I met him, I felt unsafe. I panicked a little and thought quickly to offer to give him one instead: It would allow me to be in control physically, to know exactly where his hands were at all times.” When Harvey tried to take off his pants, Lupita said she was comfortable and headed for the door and said it was time for her to leave. Lupita wrote about some more encounters with Harvey, the final one being a dinner they had after she felt it was clear that boundaries were in place. “Before the starters arrived, he announced: ‘Let’s cut to the chase. I have a private room upstairs where we can have the rest of our meal,’” Lupita said. She declined and he told her to leave. When she asked if they were “good,” Harvey replied and said, “I don’t know about your career, but you’ll be fine.” “I did not see Harvey again until September 2013 when I was in Toronto for the premiere of 12 Years a Slave, the first feature film I was in. At an after-party, he found me and evicted whoever was sitting next to me to sit beside me. He said he couldn’t believe how fast I had gotten to where I was, and that he had treated me so badly in the past. He was ashamed of his actions and he promised to respect me moving forward. I said thank you and left it at that. But I made a quiet promise to myself to never ever work with Harvey Weinstein,” she continued. Lupita says that Harvey tried to work with her after winning the Oscar, but she refused. “Now that we are speaking, let us never shut up about this kind of thing. I speak up to make certain that this is not the kind of misconduct that deserves a second chance. I speak up to contribute to the end of the conspiracy of silence,” she concluded the piece......»»

As you surely know, Harvey Weinstein has been ousted from The Weinstein Company following his sexual misconduct scandal. Not to mention, according to reports, the disgraced Hollywood heavyweight blames his brother and (now former) business partner, Bob Weinstein for allegedly leaking internal documents detailing decades of sexual harassment allegations to the New York Times. Related: Emma Thompson Slams "Predator" Weinstein While Bob hasn't confirmed this gossip, the 62-year-old has publicly denounced his brother and made it perfectly clear that he in no way condones his flesh-and-blood's behavior. Thus, a showdown is expected when the two brothers both tune in for TWC's Board of Directors meeting. Per TMZ, the Board of Directors has a meeting scheduled for Tuesday where they plan to discuss Harvey's firing. Reportedly, the scandalized industry titan will be present at the meeting via a speakerphone. In case you forgot, Harvey is currently in an Arizona based rehab facility where he is seeking treatment for sex addiction. The movie mogul's lawyer, Patty Glaser, will be in the room at the time of the meeting. It's said Glaser plans to address several points which prove that Harvey's firing violated his contract. Supposedly, TWC never gave Harvey a clear cut reason as to why he was being let go. Right, because it's ~such~ a mystery. *Eye roll* What's even crazier is that the attorney plans to argue that the elder Weinstein did nothing to violate his contract. As you may've heard, a provision was added to Harvey's contract back in 2015 which covers claims such as sexual harassment. The only requirement? Harvey was required to reimburse the company for any settlement and/or legal fees. Oh, and he'd have to pay a fine too. Related: Why Kate Winslet Refused To Thank Harvey In Oscar Speech! Since there were no claims brought against Harvey following the contract negotiation, his employment document should protect him. TWC isn't buying this defense as their code of conduct is what allowed them to let Harvey go. This contract dispute is likely to wind both Weinsteins up. It's believed that Bob, who is said to naturally be hot tempered, is livid about the drama and is expected to go off during the conference call. To make matters worse, if the company is unwilling to go through mediation and arbitration, Glaser will file a lawsuit on Harvey's behalf. An insider told the webloid: "There is so much crap that will be unearthed in a lawsuit, the company just can't survive it." Dramaaaaaa. The investigative journalist has been making the press rounds ever since his New Yorker article helped expose decades of sexual harassment and alleged rape caused by the indie movie mogul. As we previously reported, Ronan already opened up about his investigation to NBC's Nightly News and PBS NewsHour. Related: Cara Delevingne Details Being Harassed By Weinstein On Wednesday, Farrow continued his visit with the press as he stopped by the Today show to further shed light on his 10 month long investigation. During his Today interview, Ronan shared: "Each of these sources really tore their guts out giving these horrifying details...This was a traumatic experience to relive these events and there's very little upside for them." In case you were unaware, the 29-year-old interviewed 13 women who claim they've been victims of Weinstein spanning from the '90s until now. As Weinstein's spokesperson has since denied the allegations made in Farrow's explosive exposé, Ronan has simply this to say to Harvey's camp: "The women themselves over and over again tell a very different story." As for why these accusations are coming to light after being buried for decades, Ronan credits the admissions to "profound guilt" and a change in the culture. While chatting with Rachel Maddow on Tuesday, Mia Farrow's son noted: "Of these 16 executives and assistants who talked to me, over and over again I heard from them, 'We feel a profound sense of guilt about what we saw and our silence about it for years.' A female employee who said she was asked to serve as—she used the term a honey pot—in meetings, meaning she would be present to reassure some of these young women who were being brought in that this was professional and then would be asked to leave the hotel room or other room." Ugh. What a job. He continued: "I talked to multiple, multiple employees who said we saw fear in these women's eyes. That is something that haunted a lot of these people. None of them quit as a result—I think that haunted them, too, and you know even still to this day some of them spoke only and honestly, so this is tough issue." We can't even begin to imagine the guilt they've felt over the years. Nonetheless, many are curious as to why Ronan published this investigative story with The New Yorker, rather than NBC (where he is a contributing journalist). Apparently, Ronan's take on the scandal was supposed to air on NBC around the Oscars in February. Per The Hollywood Reporter, Ronan did an extensive amount of research in the NBC office, but when his contract expired, he got wrapped up in negotiations with the network. Sources claim Farrow even lined up a sit down with Weinstein victim Rose McGowan. Sadly, the actress' legal team pulled consent for the interview as it put her at risk of violating her settlement with the 65-year-old. Related: Harvey's Wife IS Leaving Him! Weinstein's lawyers reportedly tried to block Farrow from bringing his research with him from NBC News to The New Yorker. This report is pretty believable as Farrow says he was even "threatened with a lawsuit personally." As for the suggestion that his piece wasn't publishable during his time at the network, the reporter relayed: "I walked into the door at The New Yorker with an explosively reportable piece that should have been public earlier. And immediately, obviously, The New Yorker recognized that. And it is not accurate to say that it was not reportable. In fact, there were multiple determinations that it was reportable at NBC." There's certainly a conflicting view as to whether Ronan's story was airtime ready as some sources claim the reporter had several victims willing to anonymously tell their Weinstein stories on camera, but others state his New Yorker piece is "radically different" to what he had at NBC. Huh. Before you rush to any conclusions, NBC News president Noah Oppenheim wants the public to know the following: "We launched [Ronan] on that story, we encouraged him to report that story. We supported him and gave him resources to report that story over many, many months. The notion that we would try to cover for a powerful person is deeply offensive to all of us... we were on that long list of places that chased this thing, tried to nail it but weren't ultimately the ones who broke it. We reached a point over the summer, where as an organization, we didn't feel that we had all the elements that we needed to air it."
