Ryan Seacrest Says All Sexual Misconduct Allegations Should Get "Fair Review" After Being "Wrongly Accused"

Ryan Seacrest reflects on a "gut-wrenching" period of his life… Back in November 2017, a former E! stylist accused the TV personality of alleged misconduct that took place over a decade ago. Back in November 2017, a former E! stylist accused the TV personality of alleged misconduct that took place over a decade ago. Earlier this month, the network's investigation "found insufficient evidence to support the claims against Seacrest and therefore could not be substantiated." Related: Kelly Ripa & Ryan Seacrest Go ALL OUT For Halloween! On Monday night, the Live with Kelly and Ryan cohost wrote a guest column for The Hollywood Reporter titled "What Happened After I Was Wrongly Accused of Harassment" where he opens up about the controversy. While radio DJ knew there "was no merit to the allegations," he says he was concerned with how the scandal would affect his longstanding career and reputation. He reveals: "To have my workplace conduct questioned was gut-wrenching. I've always aimed to treat all of my colleagues with honesty, respect, kindness and compassion. Yet, I knew, regardless of the confidence I had that there was no merit to the allegations, my name would likely soon appear on the lists of those suspected of despicable words and deeds. The pressures of our overflowing newsfeeds would insist on it." Though he supports the women who "sought to bring attention to the systemic gender inequality that has occurred for decades," he believes every accusation must be given "a swift and fair review." "Most of us agree that the presumption of innocence is an important standard. We are taught early on that it's essential to see all sides, to give everyone a chance to explain and to check for exculpatory evidence that may have been missed. At a time when improper interactions between men and women, particularly in the workplace, are part of a national conversation, we must find a way to ensure that everyone — the public, private and public institutions, accusers and alleged accused — is given the opportunity for a swift and fair review." Despite what he's been through, Seacrest wants "to be part of the change, the progress, that is coming." The American Idol star adds: "We all have the right to be treated equally, regardless of our gender, race, faith, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or other status. We find ourselves in extraordinary times in American culture. We live with near constant change, disruption and public discourse. I realize the morals and values, the decency, we've perhaps taken for granted, individually and as citizens of the world, are in question. Worse, at risk. I do not take these things for granted." Read the full letter (below): "I do not take things for granted. Every day I am living my childhood dream because of the efforts of so many other people. I do my best to show and express my gratitude to my co-hosts, producers, guests, audiences, executives, partners and fans for the privilege of their collaboration and participation, and for the unwavering support of my loved ones and team. In November, I received a letter from a lawyer representing a former show stylist. She claimed that I mistreated her more than a decade ago when we worked together. This arrived during an unprecedented public reckoning by women in our industry and beyond, courageously coming forward to share their stories, many of them heartbreaking. These women sought to bring attention to the systemic gender inequality that has occurred for decades. I was — and am — amazed at their bravery. To have my workplace conduct questioned was gut-wrenching. I've always aimed to treat all of my colleagues with honesty, respect, kindness and compassion. Yet, I knew, regardless of the confidence I had that there was no merit to the allegations, my name would likely soon appear on the lists of those suspected of despicable words and deeds. The pressures of our overflowing newsfeeds would insist on it. I absolutely want to be part of the change, the progress, that is coming. I did not want to be a postscript of evidence of its cause. After sharing the letter with the network, I publicly denied the claims against me, and agreed to participate in any inquiry the network deemed appropriate. On Feb. 1, I received notice that an independent third party found the claims to be unsubstantiated and that there was no evidence of wrongdoing on my part. Most of us agree that the presumption of innocence is an important standard. We are taught early on that it's essential to see all sides, to give everyone a chance to explain and to check for exculpatory evidence that may have been missed. At a time when improper interactions between men and women, particularly in the workplace, are part of a national conversation, we must find a way to ensure that everyone — the public, private and public institutions, accusers and alleged accused — is given the opportunity for a swift and fair review. My job is to listen. Beyond listening, which I will continue in earnest, I also will ask questions and try to help voices be heard. It isn't lost on me that my platforms — radio, TV, social media — can be powerful conduits for change. We all have the right to be treated equally, regardless of our gender, race, faith, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or other status. We find ourselves in extraordinary times in American culture. We live with near constant change, disruption and public discourse. I realize the morals and values, the decency, we've perhaps taken for granted, individually and as citizens of the world, are in question. Worse, at risk. I do not take these things for granted." R. Kelly Denies Ruining A Deputy Sheriff"s Marriage — & Hits Back Against Lawsuit With Claims The Complainant Fathered A Love Child!

2017 has NOT been R. Kelly's year. In addition to the troubling claims that the Ignition singer is the leader of a sex cult, the hitmaker has been hit with a lawsuit for allegedly ruining a deputy sheriff's marriage. Drama, drama, dramaaaaa! Related: Garrison Keillor Fired Over Alleged "Inappropriate Behavior"! In case you missed it, earlier this year, Mississippi law enforcer Kenny Bryant sued the chart topper for having an extra-marital relationship with his wife AND accused Kelly of ruining his life. Apparently, Bryant's wife Asia Childress had a relationship with Kelly PRIOR to marrying Kenny. However, per the policeman, Asia's romance with the A-lister was long over by their July 2012 nuptials. Or, so he thought... Reportedly, things were good between Bryant and Childress, that is, until Kelly weaseled his way back into Asia's life. The controversial celeb and Mrs. Bryant rekindled their intimate relations in October 2012 -- when Childress attended Kelly's concert. According to the suit obtained by The Blast, Kenny's wife had an affair with Kelly for FIVE years. To make matters worse, the singer supposedly gave Asia Chlamydia during their affair. At some point during their marriage, Bryant claims Asia convinced him to move to Georgia, in an attempt to be closer to Kelly. Although Bryant agreed to the move, he was unable to find a job and was left financially broke from the situation. Childress eventually asked him for a divorce. Unsurprisingly, Kenny is suing R. Kelly for destroying his marriage and for depriving him of "a spouse, love, support, and conjugal affection." He claims he suffered from emotional, psychological, and financial loss. Man, oh man. Related: Tyga Calls Out Scott Disick's Allegedly Cheating Ways! In response to these damning accusations, Kelly has admitted to knowing Childress, but says he never slept with her. Kelly's legal team is trying to have the entire case thrown out, especially since Bryant is an alleged hypocrite. Through some independent investigating, Kelly's team has discovered that Bryant had multiple adulterous relationships over the course of his marriage. The music maker even defended that he has evidence suggesting the deputy sheriff fathered a child outside of his marriage and regularly came on to his coworkers. The superstar's legal team hit back with allegations that Bryant used his resources as a law enforcement officer to further his own agenda. Oh, and Kenny is said to have misused the legal system in order to attempt extortion against Kelly. The Kelly camp is currently seeking Bryant's phone records to prove their defense. They've also accused Bryant of harassing the disgraced star. Such madness! Be sure to ch-ch-check back for updates as this case is still pending. [Image via WENN.].....»»

R. Kelly Addresses Sex Cult Allegations, Illiteracy Claims, Being "Touched" As A Kid, & SO MUCH MORE In 19-Minute Song I Admit

R. Kelly has kept relatively silent since allegations of him leading a "sex cult" broke in February 2017. Now, he's finally confessing a number of his "sins" — and it only took 19 minutes! Kelly has kept relatively silent since allegations of him leading a "sex cult" broke in February 2017. Now, he's finally confessing a number of his "sins" -- and it only took 19 minutes! On Monday, the disgraced R&B star dropped a nearly 20-minute single called I Admit, in which he addressed the slew of claims that have been made against him over the course of his career. Related: R. Kelly's Ex-Wife Attempted Suicide During Their Marriage Early on in the song, the 51-year-old admits that he has trouble reading -- "I can't spell for shit I admit that all I hear is hits (ohh)" -- and how he couldn't read the words on the teleprompter at the Grammys one year. But he later discusses the more serious allegations. After fully admitting to having multiple girlfriends, Kelly gets real abstract on the concepts of "cults" and "sex slaves," singing: "What's the definition of a cult? / What's the definition of a sex slave? / Go to the dictionary, look it up / Let me know I'll be here waiting… Say I'm abusing these women. What the fuck? That's some absurd shit. They brainwashed, really? Kidnapped, really? Can't eat, really? Real talk that shit sounds silly." Hmm, guess he can't read the definition of a cult either?? Further in the song, Kelly directly calls out Jim Derogatis (or, "whatever you name is"), the Buzzfeed journalist who published the first exposé on the alleged cult: "To Jim DeRogatis, whatever your name is (whatever your name is) / You been tryna destroy me for 25 whole years (25 whole years, yeah) / Writin' the same stories over and over against (stories, stories, yeah) / Off my name, you done went and made yourself a career (a whole career) / But guess what? I pray for you and family, and all my other enemies (prayed for you, enemies)." As we said, the song goes on and on. I Admit also addresses of the singer's affinity for the ladies -- "that's both older and young ladies (ladies, yeah)" -- being muted by Spotify, "touched" by a family member when he was younger, and so much more. Based on the Twitter response, few have gotten through the entire 19-minute ordeal, as most can't get past the incriminating title of the song. Take a look at some reactions and, if you dare, listen to the full song (below). I saw R. Kelly trending and figured he finally got arrested and I can't believe I'm still that naive — Jessica Valenti (@JessicaValenti) July 23, 2018 I just read the lyrics to R Kelly’s new 19 minute song called "I Admit It I Did It." His lack of self awareness is atrocious. There are several lyrics I take offense to. The one I will address is "I’m just a man." I am also a man. I would never use that to defend this behavior. — Talib Kweli Greene (@TalibKweli) July 23, 2018 Not to dismiss the number of issues as it relates to R Kelly, BUT WHO WOULD LISTEN TO A 19-MINUTE SONG? — Jemele Hill (@jemelehill) July 23, 2018 r. kelly should say sacha baron cohen tricked him into making that song and then go check into the nearest jail. — Open Mike Eagle (@Mike_Eagle) July 23, 2018 HOW ARE Y'ALL STILL NOT DONE WITH R. KELLY?!?! — Brittany Packnett (@MsPackyetti) July 23, 2018 R.Kelly: I thought the song was going to work, Bruh. OJ Simpson: You should of written a book. — Chris Redd (@Reddsaidit) July 23, 2018 R. Kelly: I’m not thinkin bout my haters Also R Kelly: ok but look here Jim Dekotgstis or whatever your name is — Jamie Will Punch You. (@thewayoftheid) July 23, 2018 I know it's wrong to laugh but I'm dying at R. Kelly saying "I admit a family member touched me" and then added "touched me, touched me, touched me" as ad-libs after. The ad-libs really diminished the seriousness of the line. — Sermon (@SermonsDomain) July 23, 2018 R. Kelly: I admit I love God Also R. Kelly less than 5 mins later: I have sex with young women. Woman – R. Kelly, R You Going To Pay For My Valtrex?

While the #MeThree! movement was so effective that it even took down men who didn't do anything wrong, R. Kelly has somehow inexplicably been able to skirt a full court press hashtag backlash for allegedly perpetually banging teenagers for decades and even brainwashing them into his one-man sex cult. Because a four-foot tall Aziz Ansari being an overly sloppy date is the real threat to society. The most recent woman to accuse a rapper, of all people, of sexual misconduct is some chick named Faith Rodgers, who did the dirty with Kelly last year. Rodgers must not be much of a reader, because somehow she didn't catch wind that R. Kelly pees on toddlers or whatthefuckever and decided to give romance a whirl. The post Woman – R. Rodgers must not be much of a reader, because somehow she didn’t catch wind that R. Kelly pees on toddlers or whatthefuckever and decided to give romance a whirl. She was legal at nineteen-years-old, so the allegations aren’t so much about his XXX after school program as much as the fact that he knowingly gave her herpes during unwanted sexual encounters. Rodgers allowed Kelly into her hotel room for a booty call at 6 am – but in no way thought the encounter would be of a sexual nature – leading her to be shocked when he started putting on those classic R. Kelly moves: Sex is not something I just do with somebody I’m engaging with for my first time. And he shrugged his shoulders and then he responds, ‘Well, I’m at my best when I’m wanted.’ According to Buzzfeed, Kelly called himself “Daddy” and Faith “little doll” and said: I want to teach you and show you how to be a woman. Right before giving her herpes. Which is also something Rodgers is suing Kelly for, because apparently he didn’t disclose that herpes was indeed a part of his STD portfolio. Rodgers added: I think the hardest part was coming clean to my family about everything. And you kind of feel bad, you beat yourself up about it. I blame myself a lot. Victim shaming is definitely not something I’m about to partake in because this is 2018 and people seriously need to wake up. However, I can’t help but feel that Rodgers doesn’t quite understand the job description of a whore. Danny Masterson's rape case has been inexplicably stalled in LA courts despite there being "overwhelming" evidence against him, according to police sources. As we've covered, allegations from the early 2000s surfaced last year regarding accusations that the That '70s Show star "violently" raped four women, three of whom are also Scientologists. The incidents were initially reported to the church, but nothing ever came from it. Related: Second Woman Comes Forward To Accuse Dustin Hoffman Of Sexual Harassment Now, The Huffington Post reports the investigation into Masterson has been "slow-rolled," writing: "Despite compelling ― what one law enforcement source described as "overwhelming" — evidence, the charges have not been approved for filing. The evidence includes audiotapes, emails sent to and from Scientology officers at the time the alleged rapes happened, forensic computer evidence and a threatening handwritten letter Masterson sent to one of the alleged victims, according to two people with knowledge of the evidence in the district attorney's possession." The Church of Scientology has been widely criticized for its dealing of sexual assault cases in the past -- and now people are raising an eyebrow at Netflix, who continues to promote Masterson's show, The Ranch, despite the allegations. It's very peculiar why the actor's case is being treated this way, especially since Netflix brought down the hammer immediately after the allegations against Kevin Spacey. We'll keep you posted as we learn more about the case, and possible interference from the church. [Image via DJDM/WENN.].....»»

On Wednesday, DailyMail.com published an explosive report where former and current colleagues reveal their grievances about the host, including an incident where she allegedly verbally abused a Fox News makeup artist! Related: Fox News Reportedly "Killed" Story Of Trump's Affair Before Election! According to an insider, deceased Fox staffer Alexis McKinney -- who tragically died in a car accident on Christmas Eve 2014 -- was the alleged recipient of the now-47-year-old's wrath! The source revealed: "It was a very busy morning and Megyn was getting bounced all over the place because she didn't have an appointment to get her makeup done... By the time she got to the third make-up artist, Alexis, she was upset. Alexis was working on Fox & Friends guests and they all had to be finished before 9am so it was impossible for her to take Megyn... When Alexis told her she didn't have time to do her makeup, Megyn turned around and called her a 'fucking bitch."' A different Fox source says McKinney "went to HR" after the alleged incident. Additionally, an unnamed female guest on Kelly's former show The Kelly File says the journalist totally ignored her in favor of being "flirtatious" with the other male contributors. "I was in a remote studio, having had hair and make-up done and mic-d up for sound. There was plenty of time before we went on-air... The producer spoke to me and said that Megyn would have a chat before we started filming... I could hear her chatting to the other contributors, all of whom were male. She was chatting in a very, relaxed fashion which I would characterize as flirtatious. She was talking the other guests through their questions and giving a run-down of the show. I was waiting to have the same treatment and it became very apparent that she was ignoring me. Before I knew it, we were on-air and she was asking questions... The next thing, the producer thanked me and let me know I had finished. I responded that I was bit flustered by having no interaction with Megyn. He was very apologetic and said, 'I don't know what happened there.'... I distinctly remember thinking at the time, I know what happened – I believe she set me up to be not as prepared because she didn't want the chance of a younger female performing as well as her. She wanted me to be on the back foot and she succeeded. It felt very deliberate as opposed to an oversight. She is not a woman's woman."' Sources also remember an incident where then-pregnant Kelly was insensitive to a woman who had recently miscarried. Another staffer claims the host "doesn't like strong women" who stand their ground, explaining: "Megyn has a problem with people who stand up to her and she doesn't like strong women. Alexis was a strong woman and stood her ground and paid the price." Even though Kelly is now at NBC, she is still attracting controversy. According to sources, a dozen NBC staffers have complained about the "bullying, belittling and intimidation" going on at Megyn Kelly Today, with many of those grievances directed at executive producers, Jackie Levin and Christine Cataldi. An NBC source dishes: "There's an overarching mean-spiritedness that comes from the top. There is a lot of shaming, people being called out and blamed for things they didn't do... There are a lot of last-minute meetings, last-minute changes to the show, and a lot of pressure on bookers." Although Kelly supposedly champions the #MeToo and Time's Up movements, a current staffer says the host turns a blind eye to the alleged abuse, and "has put her support behind the current management." "[Megyn] is aware because I know that some people have told her what is going on. The question is – what is she going to do?... She is the champion of the #MeToo movement and giving a voice to people who don't have a voice - but she hasn't done it for us." As we reported in January, Megyn Kelly Today staff writer Kevin Bleyer was allegedly fired for making complaints to NBC News president Noah Oppenheim, and the company's HR department. While the network refuses to comment, a management source says: "This is yet another fabrication peddled by Fox News, which is known for its retaliatory attacks and still harbors a vendetta against Megyn." Kelly has been in the hot seat for months now -- well, at least so much as when he's had a seat to sit on -- and it's clear that the rats are jumping ship as more accusations continue to mount. As you'll remember from our earlier reporting, there are a slew of varying sexual misconduct allegations against the singer that date back years, and including accusations surrounding a sex cult, sexually transmitted diseases, and much more. Good luck trying to navigate all this without a team of professionals around you... [Image via Instagram.].....»»

R. Kelly "Sex Dungeon" And Secret Wedding Details Uncovered In New BBC Documentary!

We've heard a lot about R. Kelly's alleged sex cult over the past few months. Now Kitti Jones, who previously opened up to Rolling Stone about her experience being "trained" by the singer starting in 2011, is spilling more disturbing deets. Related: Celebrity Mentalist Comes Forward With What He Knows About R. Kelly In a new BBC3 documentary special called R Kelly: Sex, Girls and Videotapes, Jones says Kelly admitted to having a 14-year-old girl as one of the "pets" in his "sex dungeon." Jones recalls on camera first meeting this young woman: "I was introduced to one of the girls, that he told me he ‘trained' since she was 14, those were his words. I saw that she was dressed like me, that she was saying the things I'd say and her mannerisms were like mine. That's when it clicked in my head that he had been grooming me to become one of his pets. He calls them his pets." Horrifying. But Jones didn't run screaming. She was apparently still under Kelly's sway because she says she stayed through what came next. She says Kelly commanded the woman to "crawl on the floor towards me and perform oral sex on me, and he said, ‘This is my fucking pet, I trained her. She's going to teach you how to be with me.'" Video: Karen McDougal Says Donald Trump Called Her 'Beautiful Like' Ivanka Eesh. Jones goes on to say Kelly was "very abusive, physically, mentally, verbally" throughout her time with him: "I think he gets some sort of satisfaction within himself, knowing that he's taking control over other people." Obviously Kelly's alleged predilection for underage girls has been widely rumored for over a decade. He was found not guilty of child porn charges after allegedly filming himself with a 14-year-old girl. He reportedly paid off others he was accused of having sex with, like 15-year-old Tiffany Hawkins, in out-of-court settlements. But the most famous of these claims was that Kelly had secretly married the late pop star Aaliyah when she was just 15 -- something Kelly has always denied. In the documentary his former manager, Rocky Bivens, claims this rumor was true -- and he himself was present at the wedding. Shocking stuff. If you're in the UK, you can watch the entire special HERE. [Image via RW/Media Punch.].....»»

Kevin Spacey Accuser"s Mother Says She"s Aware Of EIGHT More Alleged Victims

Kevin Spacey's list of alleged victims may be longer than any of us realized. On Monday morning, the mother of one of Spacey's accusers sat down with Megyn Kelly to give her first on-air interview. On Monday morning, the mother of one of Spacey's accusers sat down with Megyn Kelly to give her first on-air interview. While speaking with the blonde news anchor, Heather Unruh spoke candidly about her disdain for Kevin and revealed that she knew of "at least eight other alleged Spacey victims." Related: Morrissey Calls Accusations Against Kevin Spacey "Ridiculous" Man, oh man. On why these other unnamed victims have yet to speak out, Unruh theorized: "To be honest with you, I've heard from at least eight other alleged Spacey victims. And I think there are so many more who are still afraid to come forward, or are just too embarrassed." In case you forgot, earlier this month, Heather shared in a press conference that the House Of Cards star sexually assaulted her then-18-year-old son at the Club Bar restaurant in Nantucket last July. Per Heather, her son couldn't have been more excited to meet the Baby Driver actor. However, after the two men spoke casually for a while, Spacey made an "out of nowhere" move on the young adult. She continued: "They talked for a long time, they sang together at the piano, and then out of nowhere, Kevin violated him. And not just once." Heather's son went on to file a police report and Unruh stated confidently that they have witnesses and evidence to corroborate their claims. Heather added: "There is evidence. Because there's an ongoing police criminal investigation, I'm not able to talk about what that evidence is. But there is evidence and there are witnesses." Unruh clearly has disdain for the Oscar winner as she vowed that they're "not going to stop until he pleads guilty." In fact, Heather believes Kevin has "run out of using his celebrity." Oh snap. Heather went on to call Spacey a predator, as she dished to Megyn: "It's an abuse of power and fame. He lures them in, making them feel like they're the greatest person. That he's really interested in what they have to say… He strikes when they least expect it. Just when they start to feel comfortable." How awful. Unruh's allegation is just one of many that have come out since Anthony Rapp confessed Spacey made a sexual advance towards him when he was only 14 years old. Be sure to watch Heather's sit down with Megyn in its entirety (below). [Image via NBC.].....»»

According to the legal docs filed in NYC, Faith Rodgers says she met the singer in March 2017 after his show in San Antonio. Related: R. Kelly Spotted Out & About With Alleged 'Sex Slave' Rodgers claims the musician flew her out to one of his concerts in New York where she stayed at a hotel. Allegedly, after the show, Kelly "bombarded" her hotel room and initiated "unwanted sexual contact," including oral and vaginal intercourse. After the "abusive sex," the 51-year-old reportedly told her she was boring in bed. Additionally, Rodgers says she contracted herpes from the encounter. Rodgers goes on to claim the two dated for a year during which time she was subjected to mental, verbal, and sexual abuse; Kelly allegedly locked her in rooms, studios, and cars if she didn't fulfill his sexual desires. To make matters worse, she claims a female assistant stood guard to make sure she didn't escape! OK, maybe this is related to his alleged sex cult... Rodgers is suing for sexual battery, false imprisonment, and failure to disclose an STD. As we reported earlier this month, an unnamed woman -- with an active lawsuit -- secretly recorded a conversation with Kelly in an attempt to get him to confess that he gave her an STD. It is unclear if this incident is related to Rodgers' lawsuit. [Image via JLN Photography/WENN.].....»»

We learned right away this was not part of the Mueller Probe but rather the U.S. Attorney's office in Manhattan had obtained a warrant after a tip from Mueller, who apparently came across evidence of crimes that had nothing to do with their mandate of investigating obstruction and collusion. Over the next few hours and days we heard more about specifically investigators were looking for -- we heard it related to Stormy Daniels, Karen McDougal, even the Access Hollywood tape! Related: Did Trump Have An Illegitimate Child With A Maid?! Now, thanks to new court filings we have a better idea. Cohen's lawyers (and one of Trump's) argued in Manhattan on Friday to block any use of evidence obtained as part of the searches of Cohen's home, office, hotel room, safety deposit box, and cell phones. In response (as much to Trump's incessant attacks on Mueller as to the legal motion, really), prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney's office revealed he had actually been "under criminal investigation" for months: "Although Cohen is an attorney, he also has several other business interests and sources of income. The searches are the result of a months-long investigation into Cohen and seek evidence of crimes, many of which have nothing to do with his work as an attorney, but rather relate to Cohen's own business dealings." Looks like whatever Mueller found only bolstered their case. Related: Comey Details POTUS' Obsession With Pee Tape In New Book! Hilariously, prosecutors also slammed Cohen's claims of attorney-client privilege. Why? They said Cohen had actually done "little to no legal work, and that zero emails were exchanged with President Trump." Um, what?? That's right. See, Cohen was less of a lawyer to Trump and more of a "fixer." He liked to refer to himself as Trump's "Ray Donovan." And it turns out there's no such thing as Donovan-client privilege. Also, there are reports Cohen has told people Trump is his only client, which if true would mean he didn't have privilege with any of his other communications or recordings either. In any case, as previously reported, all seized materials are subject to review by a special "taint team" (make your own joke) to make sure they're not protected. Cohen has not yet been charged with any crimes, but at this point it's a foregone conclusion. Sad! [Image via Twitter.].....»»

Former Radio Host Details "Surviving" R. Kelly"s Sexual & Physical Abuse

Kitti Jones, whose story was used for the explosive Buzzfeed exposé back in July, followed up reports of the 50-year-old's gross and controlling behavior by sharing her experience with Rolling Stone. The former radio host recounted meeting her idol after one of his concerts in Dallas in 2011 -- an encounter after which he asked her to call him "daddy" and to send him "racy" photos. Related: R. Kelly's After Party Tour Has Been Cut Short! Later, Kelly arranged for Jones to meet him in Denver: "I got there before he did because he of course doesn't like to fly, so he's taking the bus ... He brushed past me, I'm thinking we're going to hug or peck each other. But he plopped down on the couch and pulled out his penis and started pleasuring himself." She brushed this off as a weird sexual quirk -- but after engaging in oral sex that weekend, Jones definitely knew something was off: "[He said] 'I gotta teach you how to be with me' and 'I gotta train you.' He was like a drill sergeant even when he was pleasuring me. He was telling me how to bend my back or move my leg here. I'm like, 'Why is he directing it like this?' It was very uncomfortable." She added: "But he tried to make me feel special about [the trip]. Like, 'If I didn't really like you, I wouldn't have done that, and I wouldn't even be wasting my time flying you out, and I respect you.'" After that, Jones moved in with Kelly in Chicago where things only went downhill. Jones recalled of learning about the other girls and women involved: "He said, 'I have friends and I have girls I've raised.' I didn't know what he meant by 'raised' at the time. He said, 'I eventually want you to meet them, but I want to make sure you're mentally ready for that.'" It didn't take long before Kelly was controlling every minor detail of Jones' life -- what she wore, who she talked to, and even when she went to the bathroom. One time, Jones recalled bringing up the singer's child porn case, to which she was met with physical abuse: "I was putting my hand over my face and telling him I was sorry. He would start kicking me, telling me I was a stupid b*tch [and] don't ever get in his business." In March 2013, Kelly allegedly began forcing Jones to have sex with the other women: "He told me, ‘I raised her. I've trained this b*tch. This is my pet.' He videotapes everything that he does, and sometimes he'll just make you watch what he's done to other girls or girls that he had be together. He would masturbate to that and then have you give him oral sex while he's watching what he did with somebody else on his iPad." Later that year, Jones was in a very dark place mentally: "I just said, ‘I'm gonna kill myself and it's gonna be his fault. I can either kill myself or kill him. What use am I when I walk out of here?'" She was fortunately able to escape the singer's control when she left for Dallas, saying she needed to go see her son. Now, Jones is starting a nonprofit called Stop Protecting Your Abuser: "By me being silent, it allowed him to feel untouchable, that he could keep things going as long as he could pay people off and put enough fear and shame in us that you would never speak on it again. Staying silent absolutely protects your abuser." We're so glad she escaped! You can read the full story HERE. [Image via WENN.].....»»

NBC"s Investigation Finds "No Evidence" That Execs Knew About Matt Lauer"s Allegedly Inappropriate Workplace Behavior!

The results of NBC's internal investigation into Matt Lauer's inappropriate workplace behavior are in, and the network apparently found NO evidence of employees complaining about the former Today show host "prior to November 27, 2017." Almost 70 current and former employees were interviewed in the investigation, led by NBCUniversal general counsel Kim Harris, many of whom reportedly "expressed shock" after reading the reports of Lauer's behavior, "including employees who spent significant amounts of time with" him. Related: New York Attorney General Resigns After Allegations Surface! According to the report, the four women who accused Lauer "confirmed that they did not tell their direct manager or anyone else in a position of authority about their sexual encounters with Lauer." The report added that no one at Today show leadership or News HR said they received a complaint about Lauer's inappropriate workplace behavior, and investigators "did not find any contrary evidence." Those who were interviewed said they were unaware that Lauer "had engaged in sexual activity with other employees." While many admitted they "heard or read rumors about Lauer's personal life... and the possibility of extramarital affairs," the interviewees apparently assumed that "the rumored extramarital affairs were with women outside of the Company." Even though Lauer was known for being "flirtatious" in the workplace, most witnesses reportedly "had positive things to say about Lauer's demeanor in the workplace." The report stated: "A number of individuals interviewed said that Lauer could be flirtatious, would frequently make jokes, some with sexual overtones, and would openly engage in sexually-oriented banter in the workplace. Several women also credibly described to the investigation team being the subject of what they believed was a sexual overture from Lauer in which he complimented them on their appearance in sexually suggestive ways. According to these women, Lauer did not pursue them further when they deflected or ignored the overture, and they did not experience any retaliation. All these women stated that they did not report this behavior to anyone in a position of authority." While the four complainants didn't officially report the alleged behavior, they "said that they believe former NBC News or Today Show leadership knew or must have known about Lauer's alleged inappropriate sexual behavior in the workplace." Related: Tom Brokaw Vehemently Denies Sexual Misconduct Allegations Current NBC News chairman Andy Lack cleared the air on the issue in a separate message to employees Wednesday morning, noting that the alleged behavior went down at "a time when people were not comfortable coming forward to voice complaints about repugnant behavior." Lack made it clear that going forward, network employees need to be more upfront about the issues they face in the workplace. He wrote: "That is not acceptable. We cannot change the past. What we can do is learn from it, and try to make it right. We have already begun to turn the page to establish a safer and more respectful environment. That requires strong, specific steps in a sustained manner to transform the culture." The report also attempted to clear up the drama surrounding the desk button in Lauer's office. Like Katie Couric recently claimed, it was misreported that the button on Lauer's desk locked his office door. The report claimed that "according to the NBCUniversal facilities team, the button is a commonly available feature in executive offices in multiple NBCUniversal facilities to provide an efficient way to close the door without getting up from the desk. The button releases a magnet that holds the door open. It does not lock the door from the inside." Not every NBC News employee is happy with Lauer's spotless report card, however. Multiple staffers spoke to The Hollywood Reporter saying they felt that the probe should have been outsourced, as an internal investigation might not be taken as seriously. But nevermind what Ann Curry probably thinks -- what do YOU think about these results, Perezious Readers!? [Image via Dan Jackman/WENN.].....»»

In case you haven't heard the many stories, the Ignition singer allegedly preys on young girls, grooming them into sex slaves. What defense could Wendy possibly have for this behavior?? Video: Two Women Open Up About R. Kelly To Megyn Kelly (No Relation) Well, not defense, really -- more deflection. See, she's apparently less upset at R. Kelly and more at everyone else in this scenario. She told her audience on Monday afternoon: "I know things about R. Kelly that I will take to my grave – unless he tells them... but I will tell you this as a cautionary tale: parents, you need to watch who you let loose your girls around." If this seems a little like blaming the parents, wait until she calls them "desperate" to make them stars: "If you're so desperate that you want your kids to be stars and you're going to unleash your daughters to the world, you better watch what you get." Hmm. She also tried to drum up sympathy for the alleged predator by confirming the rumor that Kelly was illiterate! "And also, Robert, it's long been said and he actually did admit this to me, I was shocked he was actually admitting this – because he can't read, he can't write, and he can't add... He admitted this to me, and I won't tell you what he said about how he maneuvers through the world." It sounds like Wendy is blaming the parents of the victims? And the people in R. Kelly's life who didn't make him go to school? Um, how about the man himself, gurl?! See Wendy get teary-eyed for her friend, starting about 14:30 (below)! [Image via YouTube.].....»»

According to recent reports, it's believed that Harvey will NOT be charged with a crime following his decades of sexual misconduct. How? What? Why? Related: Jason Kennedy's Wife Addresses E! Pay Drama! Apparently, law enforcement sources close to the open cases against Weinstein told TMZ that detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department are working hard to uncover any evidence against the filmmaker -- but they've yet to come up with anything of substance. Ugh. It's said that there are numerous problems with the different cases against Harvey. The insider explained: "It's all one-on-one. The woman says she was sexually assaulted or raped and he denies it. Even if the woman told others after the fact, it's just not enough." Not to mention, the fact that many of these alleged attacks took place YEARS ago makes it incredibly difficult for those in the Sexual Assault Section to unearth evidence. Another tipster noted: "If there was video of a woman leaving Weinstein's hotel room crying, that would be powerful, but most of the hotels back then didn't have video and if they did, it was erased a long time ago." To make matters worse, the investigators don't have any medical evidence to link Weinstein to the various assaults. And, we've all seen Law & Order: SVU, medical evidence is EXTREMELY helpful for prosecutors. Thus, it isn't surprising that the sources claim the District Attorney is likely to reject the cases outright. This means Harvey probably won't even have to face a misdemeanor prosecution. Los Angeles City Attorney Mike Feuer will be disappointed to hear this, as his team was reportedly itchin' to prosecute in order to "make a point" against sexual misconduct. We kind of expected this legal update as, just last week, it was reported that Harvey will probably not face prosecution for the alleged rape of actress Paz de la Huerta. Although, police departments in Beverly Hills, New York, and London all have ongoing investigations against the controversial producer. So, really, anything could still happen! Stay tuned! Kelly Accused Of More Underaged Inappropriateness appeared first on WWTDD - What Would Tyler Durden Do?. Who didn’t R. Kelly have sex with? This man has probably nailed everything not nailed down. No matter how old it was. Would you believe it? Allegedly, there’s even more untold tales of R. Kelly and the underaged. Everyone from his brothers to his backup singers are pointing the finger at him. Claiming that Kelly even banged a then 15-year-old R&B singer Aaliyah on a tour bus while everyone watched. Sex with a 15-year-old is considered pretty heinous for everyone that hasn’t deleted the moral compass app on their iPhone. But sleeping with a 15-year-old and writing her hit song “Age Ain’t Nothing But A Number” is a serial pisser taunting the police. R. Kelly has faced a series of allegations of sexual misconduct with underage girls, and now a former backup singer has a new one — that the then-27-year-old singer had sex with a 15-year-old Aaliyah while on a tour bus filled with entourage members. The claim was made in a Lifetime docuseries called Surviving R. Kelly, which delves into the decades of claims made against the R&B singer. In the premiere episode this week, backup singer Jovante Cunningham claimed that she witnessed the singer having a number of sexual encounters with underage girls, People magazine reported. Cunningham descried how R. Kelly took Aaliyah under his wing when she was 12 years old, including writing her breakout hit “Age Ain’t Nothing But A Number.” But the relationship turned physical after a few years, the former backup singer claimed. She noted that there was not much privacy on the tour bus, and one day a group of people was hanging out when a door flew open and they could see R. Kelly having sex with the underage singer. Cunningham said the memory was traumatic to her. “Things that an adult should not be doing with a child,” she said, adding, “I can’t stress to you how people are still suffering behind things that went on 20 years ago.” I believe R. Kelly only got away because GoPro wasn’t around yet. Had he played the same game of watersports with the very, very young lady while recording in 4K he’d probably be playing cards with Cosby right now. Maybe he’s a monster, maybe it’s all just one big misunderstanding. I don’t think the most recent women claiming he’s running a sex cult helps his case at all, but he’s innocent until he runs out of hush money. Photo Credit: Getty Images  The post R.
