Model Zoe Brock Details Being "Harveyed" By Harvey Weinstein — Read Her Upsetting Account HERE

Harvey Weinstein's list of victims only seems to be growing. Following the explosive New York Times exposé which detailed the indie movie mogul's decades of sexual harassment, several women have come forward to discuss their unsavory experiences with Weinstein. One of the latest people to speak out is model Zoe Brock. Related: Nelly Responds To Sexual Assault Arrest It's been 20 years since Miz Brock's encounter with Harvey, but she clearly remembers how he allegedly lured her back to his hotel room and begged for a massage. Now, if you read the Times coverage, you know that was Weinstein's total M.O. Per Zoe's Medium post, she was only 23 years old when she was "Harveyed." Apparently, the New Zealand-born beauty met Weinstein in 1997 while they were both at the Cannes Film Festival. She revealed: "I met Harvey Weinstein in Cannes at the Film Festival. We were seated next to each other at a fancy dinner. I didn't catch his name and assumed I was talking to another hungry producer trying to sell a little movie to the big wigs. Feeling sorry for him, I went out of my way to be entertaining and nice. It wasn't until later in the meal that I asked the name of his production company." After learning that they had a mutual friend in common, the two industry professionals spent some time together at the film festival. Zoe continued: "With a dear mutual friend in common I felt safe with Harvey. The night was young and so was I. After dinner our large group, which included my Italian modeling agent, a few rich douchebags, some decorative models, and Harvey's entourage, rolled out into the Cannes night. Black town cars and gleaming limos took us to various parties where we glittered and shone like everyone else. Harvey and his assistant, Ben Silverman, never left my side." While the conversation between Zoe and Harvey could've been misconstrued as flirtatious, Brock insists that she only felt "platonic energy" for him. Which makes it so much more troubling that Weinstein and his assistant seemingly manipulated it so that she was separated from her friends: "My group was ushered into one car and I was somehow separated from them and told to get into another car with Harvey and his two friends. Stupidly, I obliged. I was told we were all going to the same place. To this day I do not know if my Italian agent was in on the ruse. My instincts tell me he was." How awful. Things only got worse for Zoe as she relayed: "The energy shifted and I became very uncomfortable... And suddenly I was alone in a remote hotel suite with Harvey fucking Weinstein. My body went into high alert. I was drunk, young, miles from home, without cash to get a cab, and no cell phone... It was time to sober up, and fast." To make matters worse, Harvey moved quickly to proposition Zoe as he was naked and asking for massage almost as soon as they were alone. The model added: "Harvey left the room, but not for long. He re-emerged naked a couple of minutes later and asked if I would give him a massage. Panicking, in shock, I remember weighing up the options and wondering how much I needed to placate him to keep myself safe. He asked if I would like a massage instead, and for a second I thought this might be a way to give him an inch without him taking a mile. I told him I was uncomfortable and that I was angry that I had been tricked into this position. He pleaded with me to let him massage me and I let him put his hands on my shoulders while my mind raced." In an attempt to escape the filmmaker, Zoe locked herself in the bathroom as Harvey pleaded with her to come out. After reprimanding Harvey through a locked door, Brock eventually emerged and found Weinstein whimpering on the bed: "Harvey, contrite, promised to cover himself and leave me alone. I came out of the bathroom and found him sitting on his bed, wearing a bathrobe, crying. 'You don't like me because I'm fat.' He whimpered." Tsk, tsk. Supposedly, the assistant tried to apologize as Zoe has claimed he told her: "'I'm so sorry,' he said. 'I want you to know that of all the girls he does this to you are the one I really felt bad about. You deserve better.'" Ben Silverman, if you're reading this, SHAME ON YOU. Smh. According to Zoe, Weinstein let her stay at his suite at the Majestic Hotel. However, after a friend warned her that Harvey would be back in the morning, the brunette fled the hotel room at 6 a.m. In an attempt to downplay the scandalous nature of their encounter, Harvey sent Zoe red roses and booked a private movie screening for her at the festival. Both presents were unwanted. Be sure to read Zoe's full account for yourself HERE. [Image via Facebook/WENN.].....»»

For a candid chat with the Los Angeles Times, Miz Winslet revealed that she purposefully neglected to name the Hollywood heavyweight during her 2009 acceptance speech at the Academy Awards. Oh snap! Related: Emma Thompson Slams "Predator" Weinstein In case you forgot, the industry vet nabbed her first Oscar for her work in The Reader after being nominated five times prior. So it wasn't surprising when the Titanic actress praised 19 people who helped her achieve the career milestone. However, Weinstein was notably absent from her address -- and that was totally on purpose. The A-lister explained: "That was deliberate. That was absolutely deliberate... I remember being told. 'Make sure you thank Harvey if you win.' And I remember turning around and saying, 'No I won't. No I won't.' And it was nothing to do with not being grateful. If people aren't well-behaved, why would I thank him?" Way to stand your ground, girl! We mean, this was a pretty bold move as Harvey has credited himself as the reason Kate got her Oscar. Thus, it makes sense that Winslet is thrilled by Harvey's ousting. She continued: "The fact that I'm never going to have to deal with Harvey Weinstein again as long as I live is one of the best things that's ever happened and I'm sure the feeling is universal." Although Kate was never sexually harassed by the industry titan, he was quite the bully anytime the interacted. The celebrated actress recalled: "For my whole career, Harvey Weinstein, whenever I've bumped into him, he'd grab my arm and say, "Don't forget who gave you your first movie." Like I owe him everything... Then later, with The Reader, same thing, 'I'm gonna get you that Oscar nomination, I'm gonna get you a win, I'm gonna win for you.' ... But that's how he operated. He was bullying and nasty. Going on a business level, he was always very, very hard to deal with — he was rude." How awful. Not to mention, in addition to regularly calling her female agent a derogatory name, Weinstein also displayed "disgraceful behavior" during the making of The Reader. Unfortunately, the 42-year-old wasn't willing to get specific as she wasn't ready to publicly discuss that "can of worms." Unsurprisingly, The Reader was the last time Kate worked with Harvey. She added: "Damn right. I ... stand up for myself and I don't pander to what you're supposed to do and what you're not supposed to do. I won't be pushed around or bullied by anyone. I was bullied as a child. Never again. Certainly not by Harvey Weinstein." PREACH IT. As for the producer's swift fall from grace, Winslet relayed: "This is disgraceful, despicable behavior. This kind of treatment of any workplace is utterly unacceptable. And hopefully what will happen is that more women will feel compelled to come forward — these women are victims of crime by a man who was always impossible to deal with... I hope that Harvey Weinstein absolutely is punished within the fullest extent of the law should that be the case." Couldn't agree more with Kate. We commend all the women who've come forward to expose Weinstein as the predator he is. [Image via WENN/YouTube.].....»»

As you surely know, Harvey Weinstein has been ousted from The Weinstein Company following his sexual misconduct scandal. Not to mention, according to reports, the disgraced Hollywood heavyweight blames his brother and (now former) business partner, Bob Weinstein for allegedly leaking internal documents detailing decades of sexual harassment allegations to the New York Times. Related: Emma Thompson Slams "Predator" Weinstein While Bob hasn't confirmed this gossip, the 62-year-old has publicly denounced his brother and made it perfectly clear that he in no way condones his flesh-and-blood's behavior. Thus, a showdown is expected when the two brothers both tune in for TWC's Board of Directors meeting. Per TMZ, the Board of Directors has a meeting scheduled for Tuesday where they plan to discuss Harvey's firing. Reportedly, the scandalized industry titan will be present at the meeting via a speakerphone. In case you forgot, Harvey is currently in an Arizona based rehab facility where he is seeking treatment for sex addiction. The movie mogul's lawyer, Patty Glaser, will be in the room at the time of the meeting. It's said Glaser plans to address several points which prove that Harvey's firing violated his contract. Supposedly, TWC never gave Harvey a clear cut reason as to why he was being let go. Right, because it's ~such~ a mystery. *Eye roll* What's even crazier is that the attorney plans to argue that the elder Weinstein did nothing to violate his contract. As you may've heard, a provision was added to Harvey's contract back in 2015 which covers claims such as sexual harassment. The only requirement? Harvey was required to reimburse the company for any settlement and/or legal fees. Oh, and he'd have to pay a fine too. Related: Why Kate Winslet Refused To Thank Harvey In Oscar Speech! Since there were no claims brought against Harvey following the contract negotiation, his employment document should protect him. TWC isn't buying this defense as their code of conduct is what allowed them to let Harvey go. This contract dispute is likely to wind both Weinsteins up. It's believed that Bob, who is said to naturally be hot tempered, is livid about the drama and is expected to go off during the conference call. To make matters worse, if the company is unwilling to go through mediation and arbitration, Glaser will file a lawsuit on Harvey's behalf. An insider told the webloid: "There is so much crap that will be unearthed in a lawsuit, the company just can't survive it." Dramaaaaaa. Earlier this week, actress-turned-writer Marisa Coughlan detailed an encounter with the disgraced movie mogul where he attempted to barter a role in a film for sex. Ugh. Related: Blythe Danner Defends Daughter Gwyneth Paltrow Per Miz Coughlan's account to The Hollywood Reporter, the blonde industry vet first met Weinstein for a brief moment while at the Teaching Mrs. Tingle premiere in Westwood, CA in 1999. At this time, Marisa was also cast in a Miramax TV show, titled Wasteland. Since Weinstein had his hands in both projects, making him technically her boss, Coughlan felt compelled to say hello to him when she later ran into him at a restaurant. Apparently, Marisa boldly stopped by Harvey's table as he dined with Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, and others. Coughlan remembers: "I said hello briefly and went back to my table and didn't talk to him again that night." Thus, she was very shocked when the bill came and it was revealed that Weinstein had paid for Marisa "and [her] three girlfriends." Wanting to be polite, Marisa sent a thank you note to the scandalized producer's New York office. Although Marisa thought that was the end of the story, Weinstein called her a "week or so later." Supposedly, the now 65-year-old said he was "calling a classy lady to thank her for a classy note." While Harvey offered up many compliments, he came off professional as he requested to meet with her at the Peninsula Hotel to discuss a few projects. Marisa wasn't bothered with the meet up location, as she explained: "I was informed that the meeting would be at the Peninsula, which was not abnormal at all... It's like a mini-office with assistants running around and lots of activity." However, there was something different about Weinstein's Peninsula set up. Upon arriving at Harvey's "gigantic penthouse," Marisa witnessed: "There were a few assistants there when I arrived but they literally left the suite like the place was on fire. I didn't process why until later." After discussing a few projects, including a potential lead in a Miramax movie, Harvey made an unsavory proposition to the Super Troopers actress. Marisa, who was only 25 at the time, recalls: "He told me that he has a lot of 'special friends' and they give each other massages. It was a full-court press. He wanted me to be one of his 'special friends' and go into the bedroom. I told him that I had a serious boyfriend and reminded him that he was married and that we should keep this professional. I was so blindsided. Not one ounce of me anticipated it. It was the weirdest meeting I've ever had in my life." Ew, ew, EWWWWWW! What bugged Coughlan most about the come on was how "transactional" it felt. Marisa left the meeting without incident, but Weinstein did follow up as he sent a script to her agents. He also called and offered to fly her out to New York so they could partake in "romantic" outings. Marisa reluctantly agreed to meet with Harvey one more time, but insisted they sit down in a public space. On their second meeting, Coughlan shared: "I sat down and explained that I wanted to be really clear. I told him again that I have a serious boyfriend and I was never going to do anything physical or romantic... It was super uncomfortable, remember, because I was employed by his studio at the time. He seemed so flabbergasted that I wasn't going to go there. I was shocked that he was so shocked." After the rejection, the Hollywood heavyweight asked Marisa to drive him back to the Peninsula. Once the twosome arrived at the hotel, Harvey "pushed and pushed and pushed" for Marisa to come up to his room. Coughlan turned down Weinstein's advances once again and he stormed out of her car -- only to walk back and say that he "respected her." Yeah, sure. Related: Rose McGowan Pulls Out Of Film Festival Appearance Days later, the lead role Harvey teased Marisa with was given to another actress. On whether she knew the extent of Harvey's predatory ways, Marisa noted: "What happened to me, even though it was uncomfortable, was much more of a transactional situation. He wanted to barter sex for movie roles. In other cases, he was forcing himself on them. It's so shocking that he got away with it for as long as he did. I never realized the scope of it. I felt like an island and naively didn't know how pervasive it was." Unsurprisingly, Marisa is standing by the other Harvey accusers -- which include A-listers such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Angelina Jolie, Ashley Judd, and Rose McGowan. In regards to the power Weinstein once wielded in Hollywood, the Minnesota native concluded: "I can't imagine a more intimidating person to go up against. During his heyday, he was scary as hell. I saw him yell at assistants and servers, but then saw him turn on a dime and be so charming. There's definitely some Jekyll and Hyde going on there. It's taken this many to come forward to have this happen — there's definitely strength in numbers." Hear! Hear! We couldn't be more grateful that so many women are speaking up now! Following Harvey Weinstein's sexual harassment scandal, on Tuesday, the Boardwalk Empire star wrote a guest column for The Hollywood Reporter where she confronts rumors she had a "transactional relationship" with the movie producer. According to the 44-year-old, it all started when a false blind item about her began circulating around the tabloids. Related: Gretchen Mol Gives Birth To Baby Girl! Mol writes: "For 10 years or so, I've been aware of rumors that I had some kind of transactional relationship with Harvey Weinstein. They seemed to start on a gossip website that made money by peddling 'blind' items. A few facts had been taken from my Wikipedia page, were combined with stories about a movie mogul who was known for harassing women, quotes from 'reliable sources' were added and a malicious, viral rumor was born."' Although Gretchen spoke to Jodi Kantor -- who cowrote the now-famous New York Times exposé about Weinstein -- and Ronan Farrow, she knew her account wouldn't be published because "it's not newsworthy." However, the thespian wants to make it clear she did not "exchange sexual favors" with the mogul in order to advance her career! She writes: "No. I did not exchange sexual favors with Harvey Weinstein, or anyone, for advancement in my career. I was never paid any settlement. The truth is that I have never been alone in a room with Harvey Weinstein. The extent of my interactions with him has been a handful of polite hellos at various premieres and award shows. This is in no way a defense of this person, it is merely a statement of fact." Although she personally did not have an inappropriate encounter with Weinstein, she still condones his alleged actions, and champions the alleged victims for bravely coming forward. "I am angry and disgusted about Harvey Weinstein's abuse of power and his shameless assaults against women. This kind of abuse of women is grossly familiar, and for many of us, it's hard to muster up surprise. I feel deeply for the women who had to deal with and navigate his incredibly entitled, bullying, revolting and inexcusable behavior. I am grateful to them and applaud their bravery in speaking out." Apparently, sometime last year, Weinstein victim Rosanna Arquette confided in Miz Fonda about the sexual harassment she suffered through thanks to Harvey. The 79-year-old shared: "I found out about [Harvey Weinstein] about a year ago. And I'm ashamed that I didn't say anything right then." Fair point. She continued: "It came as a shock and a great disappointment... I only met Harvey when I was old and Harvey goes for young because that's more vulnerable." It is a very, very, very hard thing to do... You don't get anything out of it as the person who has been victimized but it is important that it come out. This has become abundantly clear as countless actresses have come forward to detail their unsavory experiences with the indie movie mogul following The New York Times and The New Yorker's respective bombshell exposés. As you've likely heard, the two publications have accused the disgraced producer of conducting decades of sexual harassment, as well as rape. Related: Harvey Is Said To Have Made 'An Unwanted Advance' Towards Angelina! Many of Weinstein's victims are actresses we've come to know and love over the years. Most recently, Gwyneth Paltrow has come forward to speak to the Times about an unwanted advance Harvey made towards her back when she was only 22. According to the Iron Man star, shortly after booking her career changing role in Emma, the industry titan invited the Goop founder to his suite at the Peninsula Beverly Hills hotel for a "work" meeting. Apparently, the meeting ended with Harvey placing his hands on her and suggesting that they give each other massages in his bedroom. The 45-year-old noted: "I was a kid, I was signed up, I was petrified." Gwyneth rejected his advances and confided in her boyfriend at the time -- Brad Pitt. The El Lay native was understandably upset by the filmmaker's come on as she thought of him as her "Uncle Harvey." She was also blindsided by this situation as her agent at Creative Artists Agency set up the meeting. Pitt, who confirmed this account via a rep, then confronted Harvey and warned the powerhouse to keep his hands off the blonde stunner. Weinstein responded to this confrontation by ripping Paltrow a new one. She continued: "I thought he was going to fire me... He screamed at me for a long time. It was brutal." How awful. Thankfully, Gwyn stood her ground and demanded that Weinstein keep their relationship a strictly professional one. This explains why Paltrow has previously praised Weinstein and continued to work with him over the years. At one point, Gwyneth was known as the "first lady of Miramax." On her complex working relationship with Weinstein, Chris Martin's ex added: "He was alternately generous and supportive and championing, and punitive and bullying." What a complicated situation. Despite the fact that Weinstein helped her win an Oscar, Gwyneth appears to have little sympathy for his current plight as she concluded: "We're at a point in time when women need to send a clear message that this is over. This way of treating women ends now." Hear! Hear! Unfortunately, Gwyneth is just one of many Harvey Weinstein victims as several others have since opened up to the Times. The younger brother (pictured above, left) of now-disgraced film executive Harvey Weinstein, Bob just came out with a very long interview with THR, and he's speaking out very, very strongly against all the sexual harassment that has now come out public. Related: Uh... Harvey Is Now Lying About Oprah?! Calling his older bro Harvey 'sick and depraved,' Bob Weinstein -- who also works as a film executive jointly with Harvey at The Weinstein Company -- was apparently EXTREMELY emotional and got right down to it in his interview, saying (below): "I find myself in a waking nightmare. My brother has caused unconscionable suffering. As a father of three girls I say this with every bone in my body — I am heartbroken for the women that he has harmed. I'm a fighter. For my entire adult life, I fought for the films I want to see the light of day. I have fought for my employees, who have dedicated their lives to achieving the vision of this company that me and my brother founded. But I cannot fight what is indefensible." Wow. Related: Harvey, Seriously, WTF Is THIS Shit?! Bob -- who says he intends to write the Academy to have Harvey kicked out -- went on to say more about the elder Weinstein brother's rampant physical abuse of him -- and others (below): "I was also the object of a lot of his verbal abuse — at one time physical abuse. And I am not looking for one bit of sympathy from anyone. I do not put myself in the category at all of those women that he hurt. But it's a complicated situation when it's your brother doing the abusing to you as well. I saw it and I asked him to get help for many years. And that's the truth. He avoided getting the help. We begged him. This hurts, but I don't feel an ounce of remorse coming from him, and that kills me too. When I heard his written, lame excuse… Not an excuse. When I heard his admission of feeling remorse for the victims and then him cavalierly, almost crazily saying he was going to go out and take on the NRA, it was so disturbing to me. It was utter insanity. My daughters all felt sick hearing this because we understood he felt nothing. I don't feel he feels anything to this day. I don't." Unbelievable. Bob goes on to reveal that he hasn't had a spot in his personal life for Harvey for at least the last five years, and the brothers have effectively "divorced" each other for years now owing to major personal rifts on top of Harvey's unacceptable behavior. As you likely know, the indie movie mogul has been fired from his company, The Weinstein Company, following The New York Times' exposé detailing three decades of sexual harassment allegations. While we knew journalist Ronan Farrow was conducting his own investigation into the matter for The New Yorker, we didn't realize his piece would contain allegations of rape against the scandalized producer. Related: George Clooney & Kevin Smith Denounce Harvey! Man, oh man. On Tuesday, The New Yorker published an explosive piece which alleges that Weinstein raped three women, including actress Asia Argento. Per Farrow's account, the industry vet forcibly performed and/or received oral sex. Harvey has also been accused of having forced vaginal sex with women. That is so disturbing on so many levels. On why Harvey is only just being exposed now, Argento explained to Farrow: "I know he has crushed a lot of people before. That's why this story—in my case, it's twenty years old, some of them are older—has never come out." Smh. How awful. The piece goes on to confirm that, in addition to the alleged rapes, four women have accused the disgraced filmmaker of forcing unwanted physical contact. Specifically, Weinstein is said to have exposed himself to female victims or masturbated in front of them. This is almost identical to the claims made by the Times. Weinstein has since denied the rape accusations as his spokesman noted in a statement: "Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein. Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances. Mr. Weinstein obviously can't speak to anonymous allegations, but with respect to any women who have made allegations on the record, Mr. Weinstein believes that all of these relationships were consensual." It's said Farrow has been working on this piece for months. Be sure to read the FULL story for yourself HERE! [Image via WENN.].....»»

Related: Quentin Tarantino Breaks His Silence On Harvey! The A-lister voiced her anger over his abuse of power, telling Us Weekly: "A corrupt, powerful man wields his influence to abuse and manipulate woman. We've heard this infuriating, heartbreaking story countless times before. And now here we go again. I stand firm in the hope that we will finally come together as a society against this kind of predatory behavior, to help victims find their voices and their healing, and to stop it once and for all. If you've been subjected to any kind of abuse or harassment, there are places to go for help, including the Rape, Abuse, & Incest National Network (RAINN.org). Or call the National Sexual Assault Hotline 800-656-HOPE (4673)." With Harvey being stripped of his executive producer credit on Project Runway, the show's host opened up to applaud the "brave women" who are using their voices. She told People: "I wish I could say that the horrible stories I read about Harvey Weinstein are a rare occurrence in our society, but that is simply not the case. We would be naive to think that this behavior only happens in Hollywood. This is one example of the more pervasive problem of the mistreatment of women around the world. I think it would be hard to find a woman – myself included – who have not had an experience where they have felt intimidated or threatened by a man using his power, position or his physical stature. I truly admire these brave women who are coming forward to share their stories because change cannot come unless there is a dialogue and people are held accountable." Director Says He Was Kicked Off Movie After Harvey Weinstein Didn"t Find His Lead Actress "Fuckable"

"I don't cast films according to Harvey Weinstein's erection." — A quote from director Michael Caton-Jones that should have been published twenty years ago, but wasn't. According to a new interview with Buzzfeed, the Scottish filmmaker was kicked off production of B. Monkey because his pick for lead actress wasn't "fuckable," to use Weinstein's term. The role [...] "I don't cast films according to Harvey Weinstein's erection." -- A quote from director Michael Caton-Jones that should have been published twenty years ago, but wasn't. According to a new interview with Buzzfeed, the Scottish filmmaker was kicked off production of B. Monkey because his pick for lead actress wasn't "fuckable," to use Weinstein's term. The role went to Asia Argento instead of British starlet Sophie Okonedo. As we know now, Argento has accused the Hollywood honcho of raping her in 1997. Related: Molly Ringwald Describes YEARS Of Sexual Harassment Caton-Jones first worked with Weinstein 10 years prior on the 1989 film Scandal, when he noted Harvey would only show up to set for sex scenes. They crossed paths again when the Weinstein brothers were attached to the 1998 cult classic. The director said of the extensive casting process: "The basics of the deal was we were going to find an unknown and we were going to cast her as the lead in the film. There was extensive casting. We saw many, many girls, maybe 100 or so. And I ended up — I thought Sophie Okonedo would have been great for the part." "The trouble began" when Sophie and Michael met with Harvey at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills for approval: "Harvey kept saying to me, ‘Do you think she is fuckable?'... That was what the deal was all the time. I said, ‘She is the best actress for the job, Harvey.' And we started arguing about it. It was only when I said to Harvey, ‘Don't screw up the casting of this film because you want to get laid,' whereupon he went mental." When Michael returned to his room to cool off from the argument, he received a call from Variety requesting a comment for a story about him walking off set. Harvey was already covering his tracks. He recalled: "I was furious after being kicked off my film, and I told them all about what happened. I told them about the harassment claims, and I said 'Here is your quote: I don't cast films according to Harvey Weinstein's erection,' and they just laughed." When asked about why his response wasn't included in the original story, a spokesman for the outlet said they couldn't comment on editorial decisions made that long ago under different ownership: "As you know, the publication is under different ownership now, and therefore, we don't have a comment on previous editorial practices." Not long after the incident, Harvey gave Michael Radford the gig as director and cast Argento as the lead. Related: France Planning New Street Harassment Laws According to Caton-Jones' impression of Weinstein: "Sophie Okonedo was not fuckable and that was it. Find someone who is." Even though he was applauded by his close circle for how he handled Harvey's gross behavior, the director still faced repercussions: "I was the stupid one who stood up and told him to go to hell. I stood up to him and told him to go fuck himself. And I got a lot of support from a lot of people when I did that, but you know, I didn't make the film, so he won." As for those saying they were unaware of what was going on all these years, Michael said: "Anyone who didn't know, didn't want to know. It's like Germany after the Second World War — I've never seen so many people not knowing anything. I certainly knew what was going on at the time. And everyone around us pretty much all knew what the score was. You only had to spend five minutes with Harvey to get the nature of the man. He didn't particularly hide who he was." We're just sad this story wasn't told sooner. [Image via Alan West/WENN.].....»»

Among the women accusing him of rape are actresses Lucia Evans and Asia Argento. “Three women — among them [actress Asia] Argento and a former aspiring actress named Lucia Evans — told me that Weinstein raped them, allegations that include Weinstein forcibly performing or receiving oral sex and forcing vaginal sex,” Ronan Farrow wrote in his article. In the piece, the women detail their horrifying alleged ordeals with Harvey. Per Lucia‘s account, she said, “He forced me to perform oral sex on him. I said, over and over, ‘I don’t want to do this, stop, don’t…I tried to get away, but maybe I didn’t try hard enough. I didn’t want to kick him or fight him….He’s a big guy. He overpowered me…I just sort of gave up. That’s the most horrible part of it, and that’s why he’s been able to do this for so long to so many women: people give up, and then they feel like it’s their fault.” Other stars, including Rosanna Arquette and Mira Sorvino, also detailed stories of forced encounters with the disgraced Hollywood producer. “Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein,” a Weinstein rep told Variety. “Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances. Like so many others, Minka Kelly is now coming forward with her own disturbing story about a creepy encounter with serial sexual harasser Harvey Weinstein. Related: Quentin Tarantino Finally Breaks His Silence On Weinstein's Scandal! Alongside a photo of a stitching that said, "Boys will be boys held accountable for their fucking actions," the actress recounted: "I met Harvey at an industry party. The following day, my agent said he wanted to see me for a general meeting. The location was set for his hotel room. I wasn't comfortable with going to his room & said so. The following day, we sat down with an assistant in the hotel restaurant. He bullshit me for 5 minutes re: movies he could put me in, then asked the assistant to excuse us. As she walked away, he said, 'I know you were feeling what I was feeling when we met the other night' and then regaled me with offers of a lavish life filled with trips around the world on private planes etc. IF I would be his girlfriend. Or, 'We could just keep this professional.' All I knew was not to offend this very powerful man and to get out of the situation as quickly as possible. I told him while flattered, I'd like to keep things professional. He said 'Fine. I trust you won't tell anyone about this.' I said 'Of course not. Thank you so much for taking the time to meet with me,' - the only way I could think to shut it down gracefully and excuse myself." After leaving the "meeting," Minka told her agent what happened: "I immediately told my agent what happened. We marveled at his audacity, reinforced my instinct not to offend him & laughed at how glad I was to get out of there. Neither of us were that surprised as this wasn't far off from the day-to-day bullshit of being an actress." The Friday Night Lights star concluded by apologizing for letting the filmmaker get away with this "gross" behavior: "I'm sorry for obliging his orders to be complicit in protecting his behavior, which he obviously knew was wrong or he wouldn't have asked me not to tell anyone in the first place. For making him feel ok about the gross things he was saying and that I felt my only route was to say I was flattered. For not insisting that my reps never allow anyone to take a meeting in a hotel room (with him or anyone else), because I honestly don't know what might have happened if I'd just showed up as originally scheduled." Like Minka, we're happy to hear so many people speaking up now: "I am appalled for all the women being told these occurrences are in any way their fault. No more Harvey Weinstein in Hollywood does not solve the problem but maybe the more voices sharing their stories and adding support to the countless women and men who have suffered through abuse of power, the less it will be tolerated." Calling him a "serial sexual predator," the anonymous group of reportedly almost 30 staff members condemn his actions in the pointed piece. Related: The Weinstein Company Is In TROUBLE They add they are aware their statement violates their non-disclosure agreement, but feel Harvey violated their contracts' promise to a safe work environment with his alleged harassment and assault. They wrote: "We came to work at this company because we love movies. We grew up watching Miramax films, and came to associate that name, and later the name Weinstein, with great storytelling... All of us were excited to get the job, proud to be working for a company with such an illustrious history. We all knew that we were working for a man with an infamous temper. We did not know we were working for a serial sexual predator. We knew that our boss could be manipulative. We did not know that he used his power to systematically assault and silence women. We had an idea that he was a womanizer who had extra-marital affairs. We did not know he was a violent aggressor and alleged rapist." They continued: "Our company was built on Harvey's unbridled ambition – his aggressive deal-making, his insatiable desire to win and get what he wanted, his unabashed love for celebrity – these traits were legendary, and the art they produced made an indelible mark on the entertainment industry. But we now know that behind closed doors, these were the same traits that made him a monster. He created a toxic ecosystem where his abuse could flourish unchecked for decades." The group of employees also asked to be released from the NDAs in their contracts so they can "speak openly, and get to the origins of what happened here, and how." TWC's staff also shared their support for the brave women who have shared their stories about Harvey: "We unequivocally support all the women who have come forward, many of whom we count among our own friends and colleagues. Thank you for speaking out. When the New York Times and The New Yorker articles broke, we wept. We see you, we admire you, and we are in this fight alongside you." Additionally, any reports of them being "honeypots" and being complicit in his behaviors are "disgusting": "And while we can only speak for the people represented in this statement, none of us ever knowingly acted as a so-called ‘honeypot.' That is disgusting and renders us all victims of Harvey's disgraceful behavior." You can read the statement in its entirety HERE! [Image via Media Punch.].....»»

Another Harvey Weinstein Accuser Speaks Out — As Attorney Gloria Allred Compares The Scandalized Producer To Bill Cosby!

Another woman has come forward to accuse Harvey Weinstein of sexual harassment. Former filmmaker Louisette Geiss (above, left) claims the disgraced producer used a meeting about one of her films at the Sundance Film Festival to proposition her into watching him jerk off. Speaking from her attorney Gloria Allred's (above, right) offices on Tuesday, Geiss said in 2008, Weinstein invited her to the premiere of Where in the World is Osama Bin Laden. Related: Harvey's Scandal Has Fans Call For Boycott Of His Wife's Marchesa Line! After the screening, she agreed to meet him back at the restaurant hotel where they were both staying, but they were turned away because it was closing. Weinstein then innocently suggested they meet in his office attached to his hotel room. Fully aware of the rumors about the movie mogul, Geiss was hesitant at first, but agreed to join only as long as Weinstein promised he would not touch her. They even shook on it. At first, Geiss contends the meeting was great -- the two ended up having a "great conversation" about her movie, for which Harvey "seemed genuinely interested." But before the deal was sealed, the producer excused himself to go to the bathroom and re-emerged wearing a bathrobe -- under which, Geiss recalls he was "buck naked." Things got pretty weird from there. Geiss said Weinstein asked her to watch him masturbate and when she tried to leave, he grabbed her arm and "pleaded [she] watch him masturbate." If she agreed, Weinstein said he'd introduce her to Bob Weinstein (the nice brother you want to meet, apparently) and, according to Geiss, "green light [her] script, but [she'd] have to watch him masturbate." Related: Gwyneth Paltrow Reveals Harvey Tried To Proposition Her After that, Geiss left. Not just the hotel room, but the movie industry completely. Allred, Geiss' attorney, said she's heard from several other women who say they are victims of unwanted advances from Weinstein, and that the statute of limitations for each alleged encounter has since expired. To show some mercy, Allred is "inviting [Weinstein] to agree to engage in an arbitration of these claims with these women" with an agreed upon retired judge. The attorney says the proposal is "similar to what [she] suggested to Bill Cosby" amid his sex scandal -- but the comedian "was not wise enough" to agree to it. Allred notes that Weinstein will be smart to agree if he ever intends on returning to Hollywood one day, as an arbitration could be a "positive step he could take to restore his battered reputation." We'd say Weinstein has nothing to lose , as his scandal already looks to be turning into the full Cosby. [Image via Facebook.].....»»
